Turned 19 yesterday
What do you think of it?
Turned 19 yesterday
i like it
That beetle is probably dead now
It's one of my favorite albums of all time.
It is the greatest album of all timr
one of the greatest album cover ever
one of the most mediocre and overrated trip hop records ever
Aged like fine wine
This one and The Downward Spiral are clearly my two favorute albums of the '90s. Especially like listening to it when I'm sorta depressed.
always has been a great listen
>one of the most mediocre and overrated trip hop records ever
Shut the fuck up.
Toy-like people make me boy-like.
One of my favorite albums. By far the best trip-hop has to offer, even better than Dummy.
>one of the most mediocre and overrated trip hop records ever
What's your favorite trip hop album?
Third.
Because it's essentialy deconstruction of a genre, which characteristics were dumb schtick from the very beginning.
This and Fractures by Break Reform were my fav trip-hop album, back in the day.
Advert-core, their previous albums are better. Tricky better still.
DAMN.
The beetle was probably dead when the picture was taken.
Overrated
Can this anniversary bullshit die already? It's just a lame excuse to talk about albums that get talked about to death already.
>that get talked about to death already
Mezzanine and Massive Attack very rarely get talked about on Sup Forums,
What are your thoughts on their new stuff (Ritual Spirit EP and The Spoils/Come Near Me)?
Then just post the album without a contrived excuse?
As good as this. Both are near 10/10s
why are you being an autistic fag
just hide the thread if you're so triggered by it dude
Austin?
Still bigger than trip hop
underrated
Unironically the best the genre has to offer.
...
so, this but backwards?
i've only heard Teardrop from Mezzanine, I love that song, should I listen to the whole album?
Very nice album, Mezzanine has some top-notch production.
Amazing to listen to on acid.
Dissolved Girl and Black Milk are my favorite tracks.
Yes. Teardrop is one of the weakest tracks on the album IMO. Not saying it's bad just speaks of the rest of the album
Group Four is the pinnacle of trip-hop as a genre
Is it weird that I like Black Milk more than Teardrop? And why is the first (Exchange) even on this album? I could see it as a bonus track or something but it just seems redundant on the main tracklist.
