If it's a Windows 10 password, boot the computer into safe mode with command prompt, type net user, then type the username listed followed by the new password.

3.Boot from cd.
4.Select Repair option thing
5.look up the cmd commands for renaming files and switching directories
6. under c: win32 i think you ll find a file called utilman.exe
7. rename cmd.exe with cmd1.exe and utilman.exe with cmd.exe
8. Restart the Laptop and click on the help button in the left corner
9. CMD opens
10. lookup the commands how to create a user in win cmd
11. create a new admin or change the password
12. ?????
