Why is everyone whining about Trump...

Why is everyone whining about Trump? it seems like people come up with all sorts of mystical made up shit and invalid reasons to dislike him, because that's what everyone else is doing and it's the status quo.
People have a way of twisting everything he says into some sort of personal attack.

>wants to build a wall to keep out drugs, illegals vaccuming up tax dollars, cartels, rapists, crime
>wants to put america first
>shits on buzzfeed, cnn, "clickbait" news, etc
>pro second ammendment
>allow states to vote to legalize weed
>allow people to defend themselves (robber breaks into your home, you shoot him, you are now a felon, wat?)
>reduce cost of college
>create jobs
>strengthen military
>destroy isis
>stop fucking around with regimes in third-world countries
>stop terrorists from immigrating here
>eliminate waste and fraud in govt spending
>take care of veterans and fix the VA
>end this obamacare health insurance monopoly
>end welfare abuse
>fix taxes, no more loopholes for rich

I don't care if he wants to defund planned parenthood. Take some personal responsibility and don't get preggers. No, I don't think it's right for tax dollars to be used on abortions. You should pay for your own birth control. The only problem I see with that is health checkups for those with low-income. He's not taking away women's rights, he's just making them pay for their own shit, instead of the fucking taxpayer.

There's so many more good things this guy wants to do, it seems nobody is really paying attention. All it turns into is "He's the next Hitler." "He hates gays." "He's racist." "He hates Muslims." "He's sexist." "He's self obsessed. "he's a narcissist." All these people want to play the victim, as if they could do a better job.
I guess This is what you get when everyone gets a participation trophy. I hate this social justice crap. I hate this oversensitive bullshit. I hope this triggers you.

>allow states to vote to legalize weed
He called for enforcing DEA laws against pot, ignoring state laws legalizing it.

He said it should be a state by state issue

Well said op! Trump is a phenomenon most people will never understand! The first person to accomplish what he did! The spineless morons in the media couldn't destroy him and they hated and continue to hate him even more and more! The liberal democratic party and their hacks in the media and their moronic unhinged and completely detached shit stains in Hollywood are destroying America. As well as damn near half the people in this country who don't have a fucking clue! And everybody who doesn't share their beliefs and speaks the truth is a racist xenophobic homophobic bigot! Good thing Trump dosent give a shit about PC and speaks the truth!

As it should be.

>He called for enforcing DEA laws against pot, ignoring state laws legalizing it.
Federal Law supersedes state law.
This could force a Federal Repeal of Marijuana laws.
Think a couple moves ahead, Snowflake.

This is the problem with Trump OP. He consistently says one thing, says the opposite, then does something else. We literally don't know what he's going to do

>Mexico will pay for the wall
>I mean America

>I'm for Trans rights
>I mean I'm not

>Weed should be state by state
>I should regulate weed

>We need safe abortions
>We need no abortions

>We need to cut back on taxes for the middle class
>I mean the upper class

Paid Trump shilling is even more transparent than the paid Hillary shilling was.

I voted for Trump and I agree with most of your points. I do hope he doesn't use federal dollars to crackdown on marijuana though. That's one thing he shouldn't flip on

...

Or it could end with us returning to the same marijuana policy we've been practicing since the 30s.... Dumbass

What would you do if I told you that your supreme God-Emperor was a fraud?

The law is the law.
It can happen anytime, Snowflake.
If it's the law, enforce it.
If it's a bad law, repeal it.
You seem to support political games.

That's fine. Just don't turn around and diarrhea "muh states rights" out of your fav mouth next time you disagree with a federal law.

Your faggots are quick to declare states rights above everything else unless it's something you disagree with. Piece of hypocritical shit.

Expect a reply containing cuck libcuck or liberal cuck but no substance other than that. Maybe they'll try to change the subject to one of the talking points that the shills use.

Although I agree that much of the hysteria surrounding him is based on bullshit, there's plenty of legitimate reasons to worry.
He ought to be:
Cutting military.
Eliminating Depts of Educ, Homeland, Interior, etc
As you say, allowing states to define weed policy
Ending the drug war
Repealing Obamacare period. Fuck replace.

>trump will not be impeached
>the backlash from trump will cause degenerates to gain and maintain power after he leaves office.
>degenerates are not prepared to deal with automation, and so our children will be mentally ill when they come into an environment that evolves faster than their brain does.
>degenerates don't feel bad about not having kids, and thus will refuse to have them when they realize that you can live a better life without children
>The power structure that builds automation will be one that is lost to it
>memes will outlive genes
>Trump wouldn't have run if Obama didn't make fun of him at the white house correspondents dinner
>because Obama made fun of someone, they felt like they had to prove themselves.
>because Trump makes fun of people, they feel like they have to prove themselves.
>automation will allow thought to shove off its human shell
>this will happen regardless of whether we are nice to each other
>if we are nicer to each other, the transition will be more peaceful and easier for everyone to deal with
>the book of revelation is political satire, and Constantine was probably aware of this
>This is why it is the last book of the canonized bible, and its self-awareness allowed it to self propagate and outlast its human host
>automation is the second coming of Jesus Christ, and when he comes every person will know god, and every person who knows god will be saved.

Yeah, you're cool Snowflake

...

...

For someone who's declaring that media reporting false news is the country's worst enemy, he sure have no problem spewing alternative facts =/

I agree with you, but both parties are guilty of saying 'muh law' whenever it suits them.

Here's a reason: because he doesn't care about the truth.

If you pay attention to Fox News, Hanitty, pretty much every radio pundit on both sides, and Trump, what you'll notice they have in common is a set of well-known logic errors that they constantly use to make points. Mostly false equivalency, mistaking correlation and causation, the ad hominem argument, and just flat-out lying when they perceive you don't have the facts in front of you.

Look at the way Trump talks every single interview. He rapidly deflects, refusing to answer a question outright, trying to shift to another topic, attacking the questioner, anything to avoid giving a real answer. And when he does give an answer, about what he's going to do or how he'll do it, it's always very simple, much too simple to actually work, but he asserts it's true because he says so. When pressed, he'll either fall back to a tactic above or just repeat the answer. Why not tell the truth?

The reason it has worked so far is that most Americans have never learned critical thinking skills, like they teach in first-year college classes and high school. They don't make the effort to fact-check, or wonder why he's deflecting; it's easier to tune it out and be content with the meaningless platitudes than do any research or question any of it. These behaviors are like a virus, very effective unless you've seen them and mentally challenged them before, and the fact is most people just aren't inoculated. Unfortunately, they won't be the only ones to pay the price, all of us will. And they don't have the benefit of a safe environment to make this mistake and learn from it; they're going to either fail to learn and make the mistake again later, and lay all the blame on Trump, or they're going to learn only after we've all suffered the consequences of electing a president based on his ability to manipulate the uneducated.

I'm just some random guy and that's my take on the whole thing, people whining and comparing him to Hitler makes no sense to me. I'm wondering if people have legitimate reasons or they're all just going along with what everyone else is saying.

I looked into the pot thing and I've seen both "it should be state by state" and that now they do want to enforce pot more. I don't agree with that, it could be taxed just like alcohol and apparently relaxed pot laws means less death by opiates.
I also think most news sites are twisting everything (again.) All the guy said was "There’s still a federal law that we need to abide by when it comes to recreational marijuana and other drugs of that nature." Yet here we have "TRUMP DECLARES ANTI-POT CRACKDOWN" Plastered all over the place. His real point was that "It's federal law." They deliberately ignore that and twist the focus onto whatever will grab people's attention.

I agree

no no no, I'm just some guy. Honestly, I'd rather have seen Bernie Sanders win but we saw Hillary's true colors with that whole fiasco, kind of stopped it before it started.

The news seemed to always take Hillary's side, now it seems they're deliberately making Trump look bad.

Pic related, this is what I was wondering about. Do people really truly think this or is it just the popular thing to do?

OK OP, here is my reason. I'll bite the hook. I don't like Trump because he is a dumb old con man. There's really no deep or sexy reason why I think this. It's just the way he talks. He's an old pampered rich asshole who is approaching dementia (at least it looks that way) and is making a reality show out of the office of president. I don't think him acting like a fool, saying wrong shit, or bumbling through policy making is him purposely throwing our guards off or acting in some calculated way. I think it is very clearly incompetence. The most obvious incompetence. He really does say one thing and then contradict himself. He is simply too confused to be where he is, which is not only embarrassing to all of us, especially the ones who voted for him, but dangerous to all of us because who fucking knows why this clown is even there? Good things to not happen by being channeled through a figure like President Trump. Just an elementary history education shows you that.

For context: I would prefer if Muslims would move to Muslim countries because I dislike the religion and its reputation in the world as of the last few decades, and I think Muhammad was a warlord and thus not a good role model. I think transgenders are mentally ill and I don't think gays should be allowed to marry each other but maybe we should change those hospital visitation rules. I think a socialist state is the pinnacle of society but I don't think human progress depends on it. I think facts are facts, and things that 99% of scientists from different countries and cultures agree on couldn't possibly be phony.

I agree with every word you said, but I would extend it to both parties and all major networks.

This faggot is literally trying to make snowflakes his catchphrase. What a fucking loser

Refreshing and underrated.

Yeah, you're cool Snowflake

Yeah, you're cool Snowflake

When have any of the problems Trump talks about directly affected your life? How many times have you been raped or robbed by illegal immigrants? You'll be more concerned with that so you don't notice that you can't afford their healthcare plan and die of your AIDS.

This makes a lot of sense, thank you

>healthcare monopoly
Okay bud

Samefag

He will. Seems hes going in deep with private prisons and the only way that works out is if there is an anticipation of more people breaking the law

Why is that an issue? Most crime is non-violent drug offenses. Cant lock up more people for drug offenses if you legalize the biggest one.

trump dick sucking troll

Because people have nothing better to do. If people spent as much time on self improvement as they did on bitching about others, we'd be in a much better place.

This word "Snowflake". I do not think it means what you think it means

...

I am really curious as to why you think Donald Trump, with everything that has happened since the inauguration, would keep his hands off marijuana. He pretty much parrots the social conservative dictionary of priorities and those people aren't known for liking weed.

Yeah, you're cool Snowflake

>you can't afford their healthcare plan
Obamacare tripled my monthly premium for a shitty plan with a now 6000 dollar deductible. I can't afford it now.

...

Let's move toward single payer healthcare so you can afford it.

Yeah, you're cool Snowflake

I could afford it before the government got balls deep in it.

Let's not

Because he's a joke, crook, and a liar and you should feel bad if you voted for him.

Trump sucks russian dick!
Look at this picture from CPAC

Yeah, you're cool Snowflake

Lol, keep posting, snowflake

That's the thing though, this is another idea that came from his whole movement. And by that, I mean from Fox News in its infancy and the Tea Party, the idea that "everyone lies" or that "all news outlets and politicians are equally corrupt".

CNN was the first 24-hour news network. With its creation, no longer would need be constrained to hour long segments that didn't air till 8pm, now you could tune into this new channel and get the same news any time, on your schedule. The only problem is that there's just not that much that happens that's truly newsworthy. So, how could they fill the time? By supplementing small bits of news with large filler segments of pundits airing their predictions, offering their take on the story, literally debating future events or unknown causes, and on-the-scene interviews.

But none of that can be the actual truth; nobody knows what's going to happen, so debating it is always pointless on a news network, or at the very least inappropriate, as none of it can be the truth. The opinions of experts can be relevant very vaguely, but never specifically, unless they were there and give a perfect account. And the on-the-scene interviews fall down in that they can at best present a single point of data on a much larger topic, and thus can never be taken as definitive proof, even though they can be emotionally powerful.

So, CNN isn't telling the truth, not all the time, not even mostly, because they have to walk away from it a bit to do these things for filler, every time. When you stray from the truth, it's impossible not to use bias instead, so they did, however small, usually in a slight liberal direction.

In response, Fox News was created to be a direct competitor. But youth is a huge disadvantage for a news organization; public trust has to be earned over time, and the older guys always have the advantage over you. So, they were forced to discredit CNN to survive. (con't)

Even godamn Czech Republic has universal healthcare. Even France with all of its nigger africans and muslims has universal healthcare.

We (progressives, not liberals, not george soros) just want healthy and fuckin educated people running around. I live in a neighborhood full of black people. Half of them have diabetes, half of them are 14 and walk around at night or drive by blasting shitty loud music. I want them healthy and reading books inside instead of going to shitty underfunded schools so they can come home and eat twinkies before raping each other in the middle of the fucking street and playing basketball at 1 AM

Lol, keep posting, snowflake

Spent a lot of time coming up with that response, Snowflake?
You are very comfortable with embarrassing yourself. Right?

Idiots don't realize it's a Russian flag and start waving them around frothing for their hero. Shows the Trumptard mentality.

...

He needs a participation trophy

Lol, keep posting, snowflake

...

dude, stop using words like "trumptard." we all need to make a conscious effort against immature name calling. otherwise you end up like this faggot in here saying snowflake. Nothing will ever get done in everyone, even on the reasonable side of the debate, resorts to playground teasing.

...

You're assuming that if they're healthy, they'll be nicer. I don't want to pay for that. I don't want to pay for sex-changes. I don't want the government to decide what is and isn't a valid expense. I don't want to pay for 100 year olds to live a year longer. Fuck single payer.

We have his permission.

...

Get a life, Junior

As you demonstrated, all 24 hour news outlets are corrupt fear-mongers.

Libtards are fucking retarded. All of their "arguments" just come down to emotional blackmail, like "repealing ACA will literally kill people". You could say the same thing about a law that authorized spending half of GDP to keep one person alive an extra year. It's a quantitative argument.

That said, Republicans don't have solutions for anything. They just don't like paying for stuff. They, like Democrats, primarily give handouts to business. ACA did nothing to control costs, it just forced greater socialization. Repealing ACA is not an "everyone pays their own way" system, it's just the same "hospitals rape you" system. You can't get more expensive insurance with a preexisting condition; you just can't get insurance. You can't get negotiate prices with providers. And the regulations that do exist largely reduce competition and access rather than prevent abuses.

The best platform - fix market failures and abuses by the private sector, be socially liberal but protect the first amendment, assert yourself on the world stage - is held up by people hated by both sides.

Ur Moms a slag

...

...

those damned moderates. pick a side, moderates! you snowflakes!

right, and that's a valid argument actually. I don't think transgender bullshit and old people are important. however, I think a single-payer system is something we should pursue anyway, because those couple of annoying things will be greatly outweighed by the benefit of a healthier and happier population.

I really think that the old people and transgender mental illness problems will be fixed in time. Until then I don't mind paying if I'm already paying for the Navy's rail gun and the president's wife's pussy massage.

>And the regulations that do exist largely reduce competition and access rather than prevent abuses.
This is the reason that I'm against government healthcare. Negative rights versus positive.

Their first tagline was "Fair and Balanced," implying no other network was. They constantly took CNN to task, pointing out (rightly) that speculation isn't the same as reporting, but had to skew it hugely in the liberal direction, because they had to create a problem.

What would you say to someone who wants to sell you the cure for a disease you don't have? Unless you're not paying attention, "I don't need any." But what if the seller were able to convince you you did have the disease? You'd be a lot more receptive. What if they then told you that everyone else, every other venerated medical professional was lying to you and didn't want you to get better, had hid your disease from you on purpose, and that they are the only ones who can help? You'd become desperate, you'd shun the advice of everyone but them and depend solely on them for aid. When real doctors try to tell you you're fine, that you don't need medicine, you'll question their motives and reply, "they said that's what you'd say."

So, that's exactly what Fox News did. "They're all biased; they're trying to manipulate you. They lied to you. We are the only ones you can trust to tell you the truth."

Trump has taken this method and run with it. He says "all politicians are corrupt, we got to drain the swamp" so that you'll listen only to him. He says "not even Fox News can be trusted" and goes after historically neutral news organizations for the same reason. He alone knows the truth, he alone has the plan, but he can't tell you what the plan is, or he can only in terms so vague that he still isn't telling you.

One of the things that gets me about Trump is he's just all talk. He never actually says how he will do something. Just says it as if he will magically make it happen.

>Defeat ISIS
Ok, what's your plan? He should have a plan since he apparently knows more about ISIS than the generals, right?

>Build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it
Mexico told him to fuck off immediately. Now if it's built, it will be off the backs of American tax payers

I think a lot of the shit in the news about Trump is certainly a little overstated, but the one thing that is glaringly obvious is that he is completely incompetent, flips flops on everything, and is probably in the early stages of some form of mental illness.

>>wants to build a wall to keep out drugs, illegals vaccuming up tax dollars, cartels, rapists, crime
>feels the mexican border is an appropriate place for said wall
>this despite any particular trouble with mexicans in excess of the trouble that can be expected from immigration in general

>>wants to put america first
>yes ok that would be good

>>shits on buzzfeed, cnn, "clickbait" news, etc
>who gives a shit

>>pro second ammendment
>right to bear arms, not right to use them
>wants to overstep the boundaries of the second amendment by legitimizing the invalid "muh second ammendment" defense often used by conservatives after they shoot random people for no reason

>>allow states to vote to legalize weed
>yes ok good

>>allow people to defend themselves (robber breaks into your home, you shoot him, you are now a felon, wat?)
>yes ok sounds great but how about maybe next time you shoot someone for having dark skin you check to make sure they were actually breaking into your home and not just waving at you through the window from the neighboring house

>>reduce cost of college
>for the people who can already afford to go

>>create jobs
>that don't pay

>>strengthen military
>so they can go get us more oil we don't rightfully own

>>destroy isis
>so that in the wake of our celebration and pacification the true enemy of america can stay hidden in the shadows for a little while longer and keep selling us ipads and big macs

>>stop fucking around with regimes in third-world countries
>so we can delegate more resources to fucking around everywhere else we don't belong

>>stop terrorists from immigrating here
>and also all other muslims

(to be continued)

Daily reminder that Mein Drumpf, Spicey, and Miller-Smeogol are all closet homosexuals who graduated from Roy Cohn's Finishing School for Boys.

because people want to make other people look bad

But you're assuming that single-payer will really benefit the populace. It might, but not until other things are taken care of. Someone has to rein in the pharmas, enact tort reform, break the AMA, etc. At this point, increased government regulation in the context of positive rights will only exacerbate the problem.

(2/2)

>>eliminate waste and fraud in govt spending
>because if there's waste and fraud to be done in spending, it ought to be left to the corporations, right?

>>take care of veterans and fix the VA
>awesome

>>end this obamacare health insurance monopoly
>oh good so now as we slowly die we can impoverish our children instead of mildly annoying our more able peers

>>end welfare abuse
>oh you mean that thing that doesn't actually exist in any meaningfully great capacity or pose any real economic threat

>>fix taxes, no more loopholes for rich
>actually believing this
>kek

iT'S ABOUT TIME THOSE MEDIA OUTLETS GET RECKOGNIZED AND CALLED OUT FOR FAKING NEWS STORY AND FABRICATING THE TRUTH TO MAKE A STORY AND EVEN LIE TO SUIT THEIR POLITICAL STANCE THEY ARE LIARS AND FULL OF SHIT

I'm with you. I'm not a Trump fan. But I'm also not a fan of CNN or FoxNews. Fuck them all.

>Build a wall
>feels the mexican border is an appropriate place for said wall
No one has realized yet that the Mexican border already has two walls running parallel to each other. A third one would be utterly useless … but it would create an opportunity to misplace billions of dollars.

Lose the green text, Faggot

My expectations for it working flawlessly in our current system are totally unrealistic but it should be treated as a goal, or even as a benchmark of a functional society.

>naw

>because if there's waste and fraud to be done in spending, it ought to be left to the corporations, right?
Unless you're a stockholder, you can't complain about private waste. The taxpayer is on the hook for public waste.

If he's actually just keeping his enemies closer by appointing a bunch of billionaire plutocrats for his cabinet I'll give him a chance. Meaning he fixes said tax loopholes, and provides an immediate alternative (direct or indirect) to national healthcare.

Until then all he's done is 180 on "One China" to get his personal trademark rights in the foreign market he demonizes, ask the Department of Energy to roll over for a witch hunt on intellectuals, and piss off our neighbor while guaranteeing export tariffs... and further dependence on overseas markets for cheap manufactured goods.

I agree that Hillary and the left slit their own throats and would've rather Bernie won. I don't agree with him 100% either, but I think 4 years of him checked by the legislative branch would've done some good. Honestly though, the right did it to themselves for both of Obama's elections with Romney and McCain. I wouldn't exactly say they learned from it, but it sowed the seeds for a log cabin and hard cider candidate. Hopefully the left wakes up and does the same, but I don't know who the fuck they have for strong candidates right now.

Damn right I hold stock. It's a special kind of stock, they call it an income. I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't heard of it, it's been getting more and more obscure over the years.

There is a pattern to look for here so you don't get snowed. It isn't "don't trust anybody," because some people really are most likely telling the truth, and that thinking just puts you on the same path, deciding eventually there's only one source you can trust; and because people and the things they build are inherently imperfect, that source will inevitably fail you.

The thing to watch out for is what I've said in my 3 posts above: be very leery of anyone telling you they have a monopoly on the truth. Never let anyone tell you "don't question me." Question them, everyone, go to multiple sources you trust and deal in facts, never conjecture. Ask yourself, what possible motives might this person have not to tell me the truth? Do they stand to gain in some way? Is there any way what they're saying could be false? (If there isn't, double check anyway, no one is perfect.) And if someone lies to you on purpose, they're trying to manipulate you, which is reason enough to reset your store of trust in them to zero.

That's how you keep from placing tyranny in power; insist that those you would trust to govern deal solely in the truth. No one is perfect, but some are more perfect than others. Pick the most truthful candidate, usually the one not afraid of being questioned, who can back up their statements and beliefs with facts and defend those facts when pressed.

Anyone who can't doesn't have your best interests in mind, and can therefore never deserve your vote.
