It's the one that pretty much everyone forgets, but it's actually quite good.
"You speak treason"
"Fluently"
If it's good why is it forgotten
Because it's only two episodes, it's got no strikingly memorable features and nobody thinks it's especially great or especially bad, so it gets rarely mentioned.
sorry but everything you've said confirms this is not a 'good' story by any definition, including your own.
So what do you think is my definition of "good story"?
Not everything needs to be memorable in order to be good. I think it's reasonably entertaining, that's all.
Trolling. Ok.
Yes, that's exactly what you're doing.
No wonder this place is dead now. if it's not the you-know-who shitposter it's your snidey, deliberately contrary, boring shite.
...as if by magic, he appears, confirming everything.
Why are you quoting The Adventures of Robin Hood?
It's lines from The Awakening also
Does anyone feel more sentimentally attached to 12th and his two seasons on the show compared to smith and tennant?
He just has this really feel good charm that isn't temporary like ten and elevens random and wacky bullshit. You can say what you will about the stories 12th has been in but there's no denying he drastically lifts up any episode
...
Bored, kiddo?
I get you, my man
There's something in Capaldi's Doctor that makes me love him so fucking much despite having seen so little of him, and that makes me want him to stick around for Chinballs' first series... scrath that, that makes me want him to pull a Tom Baker and stay forever
I was much more sentimentally attatched to Matt desu
He has better episodes in 2 series than Matt had in 3.
>despite having seen so little of him
What do you mean?
I mean just 2 series, quite before the end of his run as the Doctor
Oh. I think 2 series is enough to say you really like him though.
>he will never use these fingers in you
Why live?
I feel the same. I think it's because of knowing how much the role means to Capaldi and when I see the media trashing him and constantly talking about the next Doctor and Matt Smith I feel bad.
Literally the worst opinion I have ever heard
it's just that for almost all the other doctors I didn't have strong feelings before the third series, just a general idea of "I like him" or "I don't like him", but for Capaldi near the beginning of his second series I was like "I love him!"
>That girl on the left appropriating Indian culture
PROBLEMATIC
Fair enough. I feel the same. 12 a GOAT.
Underaed desu.
>Ambassadors
>the worst Pertwee serial
>He hasn't seen Daemons
>the daemons
>worst pertwee serial
Yes. There is a vulnerability about Twelve, combined with a deep sadness that is very appealing. I also like his blunt and to the point attitude, with his ultra dry wit.
Definitely my fave of the NuWho Doctors.
I haven't seen any Pertwee serials I was baiting and you all fell for it, good ;)
>There is a vulnerability about Twelve, combined with a deep sadness that is very appealing
anyone think Neil Cross's Sapphire and Steel reboot will ever get off the ground? I'm really hoping it does, that show rules
Litteraly nothing happened. The Doctor didn't do anything, UNIT didn't do anything, the Master's plan was literally wait around and ask some guy for power and then nothing happens. Wow how thrilling!
>Bill won't be in any Christmas special
I'm sad now :(
What?
...
>she will never straddle you like this
why live?
12 and Bill will be New Who's 4 and Sarah Jane
That was 12 and Clara m8.
Nah, Sarah Jane was likable.
Will the Rani ever appear in the TV show again, now that Gallifrey is 'back'?
Clara is better.
Donna is my favorite NuWho companion (she even made Ten bearable to watch), with Clala a close 2nd.
>le epic impossible girl with her own tardis and she is immortal
fuck off
Yes user we'd all love to fuck Clara.
Be ready because Bill's gonna steal that title.
Rose
>le epic Doctor's one true love
Martha
>le epic girl who saves the Doctor with an outpouring of Worldwide love
Donna
>le epic Most Important Person in the Whole Universe
Amy
>le epic Girl who Waited and mother of the le epic part Time Lord River Song aka Doctor's 4th wife
undead does not mean the same as immortal. She's literally a Time-Zombie
Nardole
>le epic retard man with bobbly hat
Bill
>le quirky hipster girl with boys name. also the rani
She's literally never been in a good story (except maybe that novel I haven't read yet), so I hope not. I'd rather get an original recurring Time Lord.
>I'd rather get an original recurring Time Lord.
tfw we could've had that with Missy but Moffat decided to pander to the SJWs
Nardole
>le epic character appearing in so many eps of s10 he's already finished filming.
Bill
>le rani??? Tell us more......
Reminder that Sapphire and Steel is set in the Doctor Who universe
>Finished filming
Nope, he's in 8 episodes according to a fan who saw them filming in a corn field the other day. He's also got multiple costumes
Haha. Wonder what she'd look like after a few years of injuries that never heal.
Uh-oh. That's given me an idea for a pic design.......
She has to stay looking exactly as she did in Face the Raven so that the time scoop works at the end. To do otherwise would turn her into the living incarnation of paradox.
>she's not even allowed to change clothes
literally hell
>posting this non-canon shite
>injuries that never heal.
Try "injuries that automatically glitch themselves out of ever having happened". Clara's body is time looped.
>For episodes one, three and four, Carey Blyton is given the credit "Incidental music by". >For episode two and episodes five to seven, the credit is given as "Incidental music composed and conducted by".
Thanks TARDIS Wikia !

Sherlock trailer dropped
He does seem a tad confused as to the differences between right and left wing.
Am Jewish born myself, but even I'm aware that the current Israeli govt is very right wing. But will say no more about this, am on /who/, not Sup Forums.
Why do people hate Capaldi? Is it really because he's old?
>Toby Jones
Hype
Now get him back on fucking Doctor Who
>Tell us more
>implying it isn't obvious.
All I've seen on various social media is praise for Capaldi, but criticism of Moffat as show runner.
Definitely. I like David and Matt a lot and they had their high points but both their eras seem a little more superficial to me in retrospect.
this is /who/ not /221B/
>implying Sherlock isn't literally a Doctor Who spinoff
>implying the Tardis doesn't appear in S2E2
>implying Benedrill Cumberbund's Sherlock isn't one of the ones in the City of the Saved
It's Moffat and Gatiss being smug. Figured it was relevant
>tfw no Doctor Who, Series 10: First Look
...
Reminder that Sherlock The Abominable Bride has 6 Emmy nominations.
Heaven Sent - nothing/ nada/ zilch/ zero.
Cumberbatch is an A-lister and Sherlock isn't sci-fi
>no one asked them a single question about Series 10
Doctor Who is well and truly dead.
series 10's a year away m8
a xmas special trailer would've been nice, but they haven't filmed it yet
My friend just sent me a snapchat of Peter at an airport. Apparently he's leaving for Spain?
This pic is well over a year old.
Valencia is a popular filming location for futuristic scenes. But also, there is architecture in the city built centuries ago.
>Torchwood in ruins
>Everyone is dead
>New series
Doesn't seem very likely. Don't think they'd lend it to Big Finish if there was a chance of revival.
I'm legitimately more interested in when we're getting a Class trailer than anything to do with Torchwood
Matt Smith Big Finish when?
New Torchwood crew maybe.
Class started filming around the same time as Sherlock 4. DESU, am surprised there's no trailer yet for Class.
pretty sure some of the actors tweeted about seeing a trailer, so they've made one but haven't made it public yet
Tennant made his 1st BF audios this year, 6 yrs after leaving the show.
Matt Smith, if he follows similarly, will start with BF 2019 approx.
>2019
They tried it in Miracle Day, didn't quite work out.
Although nothing in Miracle Day worked out. I'm not sure who's going to greenlight rebirth of a dead show that wasn't all that popular. It wasn't all that popular, was it?
obversebooks.co.uk
>This is the story of a man named Philip Morris and his hunt for missing treasure. A story about his return to Africa to face his demons and the years he spent searching for lost television. It's a story of the world as it used to be and what it's become. A story of successes and failures, of politics, rivalry and money. It's about the priceless things that Philip Morris found on his search and the impact his discoveries had upon a subculture.
Who will play him in the inevitable biopic?
Class isn't going to be broadcast in the UK. Will only be available online. Beeb UK have doomed it to fail anyway.
Bill's song starts like this:
What’s the pressure?
You will grow, you will know in the end
That this is fiction
It’s in your mind, live your life instead
it's gonna air on BBC1 too according to P. Ness
Children of Earth was very successful (at least here in the UK anyway).
