Secret of Kells is a nice change, even if just because nothing looks like it. Might be above 7 years old, but I'd try it with my kid.
Whenever my sister has to look after her friend's kids, she just puts on Totoro. They've seen it like ten times, but they never get tired of it. Can't remember their age, but it's somewhere between 5 and 10.
