White art music is more intellectual than anything black people ever did, so no. But on the other hand, when it comes to rhythm and groove, unfortunately, they're better. When I read a book about Tomasz Stańsko (Polish white jazzman), he agreed with the writer who said black jazzmen are just better and only second rate black jazzman can be compared to white jazzmen. Pretty brutal, but that's pretty popular opinion among them.

when your rich its easy to be innovative, you have all the resources needed to create good music. But poor people (who tended to be black but white people included) have to create music with passion instead of mathematical and musical precision.
