Here is the difference between 20 days of training (1 hour a days - 6 days a week).

No protein, only a fucking lot of food (trying to keep 4000Kcal a day minimum).

How am I doing?

Thanks man, I don't think I will keep the training ratio this high in the future. In maybe a month or two I'll decrease to 3-4 traning a week.

6 days a week
Day 1 - Full body work out (2 exercises each group muscle)
Day 2 - Biceps - triceps (4 excercises each)
Day 3 - Chest - Shoulder (4 Exercises each)

Repeat Day 1-2-3 2x week.

Absolutly no cardio and 1 exercise abs per workout.
