When inputting the right code production swaps every envelope with either roundtrip or not. So when Paul dialed, they made sure every envelope was not round trip. When Frank Dials, Production will scramble, and replace every envelope with round trip. Then swap them all back to not round trip when the next person dials. This is the least shady way to do it.
