Nine Inch Nails in general helped me go from 290-295 pounds to 140 pounds in a year. Changing my diet was important, but for my workouts, I'll blast Nails and run an album. Was a challenge until I got down to 140. Now to maintain I run an album length for fun. I've moved onto two and half hour concerts for challenge.

Deathgrips literally got me ripped, don't even listen to them when I'm not lifting.

JD is probably the best for it, or GP

Now go for 2005 buff Tront mode

The prodigy
