I don't hate that Batman killed people. That's fine...he's killed people in many adaptations.
What I can't believe though is the notion that the Joker (or any of his mentally ill villains) would still be alive after making a nemesis of him.
For him to be alive is to suggest that either Batman refuses to kill the Joker (unbelieveable considering he was ready to kill Superman based on the possibility of him being evil) or that this cholo gangster interpetation of the Joker is capable of overpowering and evading Batman for years. Either way it's ridiculous. BvS suggests he may have even killed a goon because he stabbed him in a fight.
Maybe Batman did kill The Joker and the current Joker is Jason Todd ergo why he cant kill him
Pretty simple
John Jackson
If you actually watched the movie, it's described that Batman killing dudes is a new development after he feels a loss of power and control at the prospect of literal god-like super humans appearing on the world stage.
Logan Miller
The jason todd theory has been ridiculed for a whole year and even dismissed by the filmmakers themselves.
Batman killing is a new thing that Batman has started doing after Metropolis incident that pushed him over the edge. since he started killing he hadn't encountered the joker again
after BvS he's probably vowed to never kill again after seeing how it changed him. hopefully batfleck will have some inner conflict with joker trying to get batman to kill him but batfleck wont do it
Samuel Rogers
Superman is a could destroy cities with his bare hands from batfleck perspective you cant take chances with a flying nuke
i don't consider Batman a cold blooded murderer in BvS. he still went out of his way to fight and beat people up if he was a killer now he would have just went in with guns and executed everyone but he didn't.
he was just an extreme unhinged version of batman who didn't care about collateral damage but that isn't who batman should be. so hopefully after batman saw how low he had fallen in BvS he will vow to never kill again but also have that conflict temptation and guilt within him.
Sebastian Johnson
It sounds pretty realistic, especially considering the details in BvS
>What I can't believe though is the notion that the Joker (or any of his mentally ill villains) would still be alive after making a nemesis of him.
This is actually what I like about a killer Batman. In other interpretations where Batman captures the killers then doesn't kill them so they go and make more havoc makes them seem incompetent, and Batman seem weak.
We see that Batman has no problems killing, so before the Joker is even introduced we must assume that Batman has never had a chance to kill him, why? Because he's that good. Already makes the villains that much more intimidating.
Evan Sullivan
>"HAHAHAHA jokes on you Batman" on Robin suit >joker clearly looks much younger than Batman/Bruce considering BvS is about Batman going for decades >joker is clearly a massive difference in looks than usual >Batman had a bad history of 'freaks dressed like clowns' >plural freaks but no, the theory of jason todd (or another robin being joker) is stupid?
Logan Morales

Joshua Jenkins
This would suck
Why oh why is everyone so damn allergic to a Batman that doesn't fight tooth and nail to protect those who are the cancer of his beloved city? Having him be more blase about death is an interesting aspect that should be explored,
Jonathan Wilson
Jared Leto is a year older than Ben Affleck but he just found the fountain of youth. Also >plural freaks Harley and Joker.
