Stick in there man, job searching is fun as fuck when you start exploring options. Exercise to bro I know its hard at first but when you get down the road it starts making you feel amazing

>I've never met or heard of a happy postdoc.
Postdoc, you can't find a real job with all your degrees.

No Actually, the thought of dieting and exercise didn't really occur to me until about 2 months ago. Since I've been using this old exercise bike I got from my dad and eating

I don't wanna be a police officer, my driving skills are terrible, also don't want to move from a blue collar job to another blue collar job, I'm trying to get a desk job. FBI and marshals and etc get way too many applications for me to be competitve. Been applying all over the state.

Just applied for a surveillance officer position at a probation office, I'm optimistic about that because I easily fit all the requirements, I don't care about pay I just wanna do something I like

I feel you, I mean a lot can happen in a year be optimistic!

thanks man, what do you do?

Well people basically do it for the experience, right? So you get exploited as cheap, highly skilled labor because having a Ph.D is no longer sufficient for the jobs you want.

it took me 10 years to get a driving position. Now I have a sweet suburban route that also took years to get.

>feeder driver

those guys have it made. But you know who gets paid at ups? The fucking pilots!

Net+ and A+ are practically meaningless

You can use Sec+ to land a role in a Security Operations Center to cut your teeth. Generally starts between 60k-120k depending on where you are geographically and how well you negotiate salary

>Well people basically do it for the experience, right? So you get exploited as cheap, highly skilled labor because having a Ph.D is no longer sufficient for the jobs you want.
I find most higher degree types to be socially awkward and unable to function well in society.

Thanks The diet and exercise improves my mood. I'm getting something of a plan together (of which i've had several that have fallen through, for example, I'm actually certified in security) that will atleast let me take a few steps in the right direction.

Im pretty satisfied. I work from home and online. I am my own boss and i work whatever hours i want, when i want, and how many i want. I can take vacation days whenever without calling anyone lol

Im a college student getting a degree in communication arts. Before i got this job i used to work retail at a mall and it was living hell. I dont know why i even bothered with that type of job now that i know that the job i have now has always been available to me. I wish i could have found out sooner. Whatever ya know? You live and learn. Im way happier now

Nah I do stuff related to IT, figured I do something that I have been doing pretty much all my life, I have been doing tech support through my late college and i'm trying to clean up everything and move up either in the company or finding a new opportunity. I make $20 an hour but started less then a year.

>But you know who gets paid at ups? The fucking pilots!
Cargo pilots are some of the best paid in the aviation business. You need to get to point A to point B on time and in budget. Best is your don't have to deal with bullshit commercial passengers or ego filled private passenger.

Bartender - title
$18/hr - wage
None - degree
12 - years
Up and down, average 7 I'd say - satisfaction

I wanted to be a cargo pilot but the hoops you have to jump through sucks cock. I did a year of "Aviation Technology" and I realized I wasted a year of college because the cost to do it yourself vs. doing it in college is MAJOR.
I decided to pursue something in the meantime and get a job that'll pay for flight lessons and then move up from there. I'd be satisfied with just a Private license.

That's a pretty simplistic view. A person can be perfectly socially competent and still unable to break into certain upper-level jobs simply because all of the competition has one or more postdocs on their CV.

Its alright I see some neat shit and get to buy it ive seen, seen brand new guitars, worth thousands of dollars, a sex swing, and the usual condoms / pills.

Thanks user. I took the Network wayyyy before I took A+ (I think A+ is useless but my job paid for it and said it'll bump my salary up) IT security is something that I want to take up as a career.

Which hotel?

Family Medicine
About $75k a year
Of course I got a degree
Love it. I work in an upper middle class area hospital. And yes I specifically chose family medicine to check out preteen girls, yes it was worth it.

Why would anyone donate a sex swing. What is wrong with them. So many people would buy it from them on craigslist

Professional golfer
No hourly wage just tournament winnings and sponsorships

Pretty fucking satisfied all I do is play golf and get paid it's somewhat strenuous and stressful, lot of hard work

jesus christ that ending. Side note middle class areas are the fucking best to be at.

What clubs you swinging?

Golf is so boring though. I would rather kill myself than get paid to constantly do that lame shit

Pretty much set for the next 30 years, then guaranteed pension. Not complaining.

It's really not that boring when you're good/competing. Guess it's different personalities but I was on the brink of jumping off a freeway pass while I was in school. Golf is exciting for me. I played baseball growing up, but I find golf a lot more thrilling. It's peaceful, long, and pays. Ill get upwards to $50,000 for winning one tournament, some tourneys offer $250,000+ for winnings but I've never won those yet, still get a sizable paycheck for winning. Still not in the PGA ofc but I make good money on mini tours for now. Still trying to get better.

how do you hide your boner

You're fucked, man, and you're the reason I could never have a daughter.

Yessss lmao I played callaway for a bit but they were utter shit. Only good other clubs are Taylormade but those still suck compared to Titleist
