Remember your order of operations, retards.
PEMDAS
>1. Parentheses first
6 / 2(1+2) = 6 / 2(3)
>2. Next, we're still doing parentheses
6 / 2(3) = 6 / 6
>3. All parentheses gone, so we can finally do the division
6 / 6 = 1
QED, bitches

No sorry, it's 9. Left to right bro
>1. Parentheses first
6/2*(1+2)= 6/2*3
>2.Divisions and multiplications left to right
3*3=9
>9
This question is asked in a stupid way though, divisions should just be asked in fractures, oh well.
Its you retard.
KEK
very kek
IN THIS WORLD, YOU ARE EITHER SOMEONE WHO GETS A NINE FROM THIS EQUATION OR SOMEONE WHO GETS A ONE FROM THIS EQUATION. WAR IS INEVITABLE
Wrong.
Because 2(1+2) is a term itself. The multiplication that occurs as part of x(y+z) is part of the parentheses and should be considered a single item, separated by the division symbol.
The reason for this is that x(y+z) can also be written (xy+xz).
Therefore, 2(1+2) = (2*1+2*2) = (2+4) = (6), and this should be done first.
If you think I'm wrong, you probably failed math class. Cite a source that states otherwise. I challenge you to find it.
You're wrong and you know it
x = 6/2
6/2(1+2)
= 6/2 + 6/2*2
= 3 + 6
= 9
Otherwise it would be 6/(2(1+2))
are you a troll or retarded?
2(1+2) is the same as 2*(1+2)
Division and multiplication are equally important so you go from left to right.
6/2*(1+2)
Using yoru way, it's
(6/2)*(1+2)
3(1+2)
3+6
9
6/2(1+2)
2x1 + 2x2
6/6

You failed math son.
You are a idiot. You add the 1+2 first then divide 6 and 2. You should have 3 and (3) which equals 9.
god I hope youre trolling
Parenthesis goes first, then multiplication, then division, addition, and finally subtraction. It is called the order of operations. algebrahelp.com

this is still alive?
