I really feel it when someone is being really diligent and percise with fine motor skills, like a surgeon or something being very careful with each movement. Metal on metal also does it for me so I've gotten really in to lockpicking videos
Most people have some sounds/sights that trigger a unique sensory response like chills down the back of your neck. It's hard to explain but really neat once you figure out how to trigger yours
Getting sleepy is just how some people react but it's fairly common
