I'd appreciate some recs. I've been listening to a lot of these albums since high school.

All around pretty nice guy, not a lot of friends but not an outcast either. Can be social but prefers to keep to themself.

You seem really cool. Interested in politics but doesn't like to talk to people about it.

You have a dark sense of humor and hate/hated school. You work in a gas station and smoke cigarettes. Also, try listening to The Melvins.

>telling lazyposters to leave isn't contributing

it isn't

oh... ok

Yo are EPs and compilation albums typically taboo on charts or are they acceptable? Compilation albums like hatful of hollow, 13 songs, etc, not greatest hits stuff.

hey all

Be you'll like
Death in Vegas - The Contino Sessions

Check out
Jaga Jazzist - What We Must

I like your chart
Long Fin Killie - Houdini

Dumbo Gets Mad - Elephants At The Door

You should put them on there if they're among your fav albums. It's only to give an idea of your taste so you can receive better recs.

post-rock recs:
kayo dot - choirs of the eye
suffocate for fucks sake

>>has BBNG on chart
mein nigger

Weighting Souls With Sand is def worth a listen, and yeah I love BBNG. I really enjoyed BBNG 1 and 2 but 3 made a lasting impression on me. Also ty for the recs', downloading Kayo Dot and SFFS discography

I forgot to ask, what are the records on the last 2 rows? ( excluding OPN, Nadja, Goslings, KayoDot, and Tim Hecker )

Thanks

going from top left to bottom right, excluding albums you know:

xiu xiu - knife play
grouper - alien observer
yellow swans - going places
grouper dream loss
jacaszek - KWIATY

Thanks

albumul ala cu chibritul in bolovan e foarte placut am fost placut surprins cand lam ascultat,

whaaa

lmao

i don't belong here, do i

Like the Mastodon choice and Floyd even if it seems token nowadays, but I've seen charts where I didn't like a single thing, so in all honesty you're good in my book.

thx fampire

it was actually hard for me to make this because i kept it to 1 album from (most of) my favorite bands, but still get everything from 60s to modern in.

i listen to a lot of classical and OST/film score type stuff too. helps a lot with backing tracks (keys/pianos/synths/harp/string arrangements, etc.) programming, and the heavy music help me when looking for more typical guitar/bass/drums and screaming/cleans motivation when recording

No Buckingham Nicks?

>tfw can't find that Auscultation album anywhere

Laura- Radio Swan is Down
Minor Victories - s/t
Merz- Loveheart
Owen Pallett- Heartland

Great taste, 98.12.28 by the Fishmans

bump

...

i don't think TPAB is as great as everyone on this board says it is, and i think i figured out why. people who don't listen to rap like it. any rap on here is the most digestible, classic hip hop possible.
lol madvillainy looks so out of place on this chart
if i had to pick an opposite to my chart this would be it
9/25
again with madvillainy. seems to be another one of those TPAB digestible rap albums for people who don't dig rap too hard, except Madvillainy actually deserves its praise

>prefers DAMN. to TPAB
leave the board

lol The Black Saint looks so out of place on this chart

more enjoyable listen. sorry guy

wanna know how i know that you dont actually like that charles mingus album that much?

not really but i suspect youll reply anyways with some armchair psychology about being enjoyable to listen to rather than engaging or something like that. go for it dude

>Likes DAMN. more than TPAB
what did he mean by this?
Young Fathers - White Men Are Black Men Too
A$AP Ferg - Trap Lord
Antipop Consortium - Shopping Carts Crashing

you will enjoy the rest of the Sup Forumscore chart

nice
LSD And the Search For God - s/t
Toro Y Moi - Causers of This

nice, try Edward, Traumprinz, DJ Metatron, Vril, Fennesz, Lapien, Fred P, Baaz, Tangible Rays

sublime taste, nice to see some Mall Grab over here, and Black Merlin too. Try maybe Sigha, Shifted, Clark, Route 8, DJ Aakmael

i've seen thos albums everywhere, but they still great i guess, try Pinebender, Oiseaux-Tempetes, Baroness

nice, try Sandwell District, Boris, 2814

...

Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica
New Kingdom - Paradise Don't Come Cheap
Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica
Goat - Requiem
The Telescopes - As Approved by the Committee
Carrissa's Wierd - Songs About Leaving
You got some real shit here, but also some really great stuff down at the bottom half.
Check out Boris - Noise. It's far from their best, but it gives you a taste of all of their different styles, you can then find the one you like best from there. Honestly, anyone who really likes music, and wants to discover new music belongs here (probably not the majority of this board).
Sun Kil Moon - Common as Light and Love are Red Valleys of Blood

These are my most listened to records of the last week. Whoever reccd me lowercase last week, great work. Looking for any recs, I don't care if i've heard it before.
