Sometime in the early 1980s, Toei Animation and Marvel Comics teamed up to create an animated film adaptation of Marvel's Frankenstein comics. The movie, however, didn't do so well and both companies deemed it a failure after its release.

A soundtrack to the film was released in 1981 in Japan only, but only two tracks from the LP have been released on CD; the LP itself is incredibly hard to find and goes for more than $100. Luckily I found a user from another forum who had a physical copy of it and was kind enough to send it to me in MP3 and give me permission to post it publicly.

I highly suggest that you guys listen to this if you like classical anime soundtracks. The composer, Kentaro Haneda, was very well-known back then (mostly during the 80s) and has made a ton of other beautiful, fantastic soundtracks...personally I think this album is one of his best works.
