Botvinya. It's a cold soup made of white kvas, some herbs of choice (sorrel, beet tops, spinach, green onions, nettle, etc.) and salmon, baked, boiled or smoked.
I like it better than okroshka which requires very careful choice of products as if you are demining a battlefield.
>Fried bananas
Disgusting.
...
fried mice?
you must hate your nephew
Those are plantains, they taste like shit when raw.
This looks extremely tasty. I love EE savory-sour soups, solyanka, borsch, even Romanian tripe soup. Would love to try this one day.
definitively trying those, thanks
okroshka looks easy enough, you just have to bother cutting all the vegetable, right ?
They taste like shit when cooked too.
Wtf, some kind of bananas that you can't eat raw?
>sorrel
>nettle
Where the fug do you get those
>okroshka
Carefully choose your kvas, it can ruin the dish or make it heavenly.
I usually take:
1.5L of kvas.
300-400g of meat, better to mix 2-3 types or add spme ham.
3 hard-boiled eggs.
3 cucumbers, mildly salted or fresh.
Green onions.
Dill, horseradish.
Some add sour cream but I hate it in okroshka.
Chop everything evenly except the yokes. Grind them with horseradish and herbs of your choice. I usually take dill because we don't have many spices here. Put ecerything together, add kvas.
They grow everywhere. Sold in markets in summer.
Why do anglos love mayonnaise so much? Is it because it looks like cum?
both of them are weeds that grow literally everywhere...
doing a bit of cooking myself tbf. wont tell you what i make of these tho
t. capital of world cuisine
NO STOP IT, GET OUT YOU AREN'T CANADIAN
probably some kind of stew from the looks of it
it seems you're the clever one of the bunch
Yuck. Canada, I know you can do better than that!
If only you cut an onion, cooked it with the tuna and added a little bit of crème fraîche + saisonning it would be a decent meal that would take you 10 extra mins.
Buchada de bode.
>exposing your son to the Botnet
A tamal is a filled dough steamed in a corn husk. My favorite ones are made with a herb called chipilin or those made of chicken and filled with mole sauce, which is a sauce made of chilli pepers (pasilla, guajillo, ancho, chipotle, mulato, chilguacle negro), garlic, almonds, ginger, sesame seeds, black pepper, avocado leaves, chocolate, thyme, cumin, cinnamon, nuts, marjoram and tomato and miltomato.
Don't be irrational
You know as well as me that this kind of poor-tier "cuisine" is also the norm here.
And the worst thing is that they are delicious when they're fried ripe
