The only way to kill meme culture, is to stop participating in it. I don't think it's possible for the average user to do that. It also means foregoing a large part of human interaction, which then will make you seem like an autist. But if "everyone" did it, the normies would feel it untrendy, and the face of civilization would change as a result- until you brought back memes in secrecy.
