This is mostly all nitpicking - the sort of little things each show misses.

HOWEVER the final season was indeed a letdown. The show as a whole had a narrative that supposedly took 'Mr Chips' and turned him into Scarface. For the first 5 1/2 seasons this was the case. After defeating Gus, there was no way they'd outdo him as a villain and the Nazis were an awful attempt. Instead the show should have focused on making Walt the final boss as THAT'S WHAT THE SHOW WAS SET UP TO BE. In fact the first half of season 5 was great as it did just this - Say My Name, Drug Empire, etc. That's what it was meant to be. The show should have ended with Walt killing those around him or at least distancing himself from them as he ends up all alone, at the head of his drug empire.

Instead it ended with:

LOLCARGUN COS IT'S LIKE THE WHEELCHAIRBOMB
LOL WALT SAYS SORRY TO EVERYONE
LOL LET'S USE LASER POINTERS AS SNIPERS

And just a bunch of odd shit. I mean, the episodes were actually okay in quality on their own but as a whole the final half of season 5 failed to tell a story.

Stopped reading right there. Clearly you don't understand very basic concepts. Walt was a villain because of the things he did to innocents, not because of his feud with a drug kingpin. As for the Nazi clan that was pure revenge.

Walt intentionally POISONED A FUCKING KID in order to dupe Jesse, his partner, into trying to kill his rival. His had Mike's entire crew murdered while in prison, because they were an inconvenience. He lied to his family, constantly, and put them in danger despite all his hand-waving that they were perfectly safe. And after all this, Walt is shown to have practically no remorse. He was in love with himself and his product.

He was absolutely a Scarface character, actually he was worse, because Scarface wouldn't use kids. If you can't grasp this I wonder what your brain did all season. Count waifus probably.

If you think Walt's goal was saving Jesse, you're a stupid faggot. Walt didn't care about Jesse. What pissed him off was his blue meth being produced and sold by anyone but him. His went to the Nazi compound to kill Jack and exact vengeance for Hank. He lets Jesse live at the end because there's no reason not to. For Walt it's the end of the line and he knows it.

We never know if his son gets the cash; his family itself is fractured and reduced to poverty. His actions could not even be remotely imagined as improving their lot.
