1. There is a skateboarding thread on /asp/
2. Front foot below the bolts
3. Back foot on the tail close to the end
4. Bend at the knees, try to keep your self centered over the board.
5. Begin jumping upward
6. Push the tail down with your back foot, raise your front foot with the board
7. As you start to bring your front foot up start sliding it toward the nose
8. When you feel the tail hit the ground, push off with your back to lift off the ground
9. Bring your back foot up and use your front foot sliding forward to level out the back of the board to the height of the front.
10. Land and bend your knees for the impact.
