Just finished Prisoners, did you think he heard him?
Just finished Prisoners, did you think he heard him?
nope
ye
Yes, so he can take him to jail for 20 years
...
of course he heard him since he reacted. The question was if he was going to dismiss the noise or act on it.
>Prisoners
>48 min of Hugh Jackman beating the shit out of Paul Dano
Yes reddit, its a masterpiece
Yes he finds him and says
>It seems like we were the real Prisoners this whole time
I haven't watched this because it's two-and-a-half hours and I just don't have that kind of time these days. Should I watch it anyway?
Yes
Yes
Yes of course he did. This isn't an ambiguous ending.
It's a good thriller.
why won't enemyfags and sicariofags admit this was his best?
Because Enemy and Sicario were better.
Sicario was based. Toro alone.
Sicario>Prisoners>Enemy
How was prisoners better then this...
Because Incendies was his best
It wasn't though. Prisoners was a 9/10. Sicario is an 11/10.
Didn't watch Enemy, but I prefer Sicario over Prisoners, though I really liked Prisoners as well.
Just because you want to have sex with Taco Bauer doesnt mean the film itself is any good.
Yeah but that doesn't pander to my juvenile imdb videogame meets fincher sensibility like those three
None of his films have any gravitas.
Favorites of the netflix generation.
Severely awful.
I kinda hate Sicario
>hey come hang out with my super-SWAT
> you know what fuck off
Great movie.
>inb4 that autist who rants about imdb
>Taco Bauer
Prisoners is THE example of inauthentic sensibility cinema. It doesn't get more juvenile "film buff" than this movie. Everything from the casting, to the themes, to the cinematography. It physically pains me to even think about it. Fincher was always the epitome of IMDB to me until this movie, but then Villenvue managed to topple him.
Best shot of the decade senpai
>religious family man is a paranoid sadist
>misanthropic atheist cop is the real hero of the story
Sicario was so boring in the first half though.
I don't get hype for Sicario it only got good in last moments of the film.
I thought there was no denying he was gonna be rescued. I might've liked it more if it was ambiguous.
OP he definitely heard him. The first time he tries to shrug it off, same with the second. Then the third time he knows he isn't just hearing things
Sounds about right.
youre pure cancer
like real life
Gave off strong TD season 1 vibes. Loved it. Wish there was more stuff like this and Sicario.
