Pascal's Wager states that it's smarter to bet that there is a God because if you are wrong, the consequences are not as dire as having incorrectly bet that there is no God.
Math has conclusively proven that God exists, so why do you foolishly choose disbelief?
Hell is "a state of definitive self-exclusion from communion with God and the blessed."
Whoop-de-doo. Not being loved by a sanctimonious child god. I'll take oblivion.
Normally I avoid these trap/bait bullshit threads, but this one is too easy.

The problem with Pascal's wager is, it applies to every god, not just the one from one Semitic cult.

Yes but is god Omnipotent, and Omniscient?
Yes?
Then how would he not see that you are not a true believer?

Pascal's wager also states that if there is a different god that the one you worship (and it's much more probable that there is than that there is not), you are making him pissed more and more every day

The "Mathimatical proof of God" is Gödel's proof, which posits: IF it is possible for a rational omniscient being to exist THEN necessarily a rational omniscient being exists.
Gödel's proof is well known, because it forms a tautology, you can use it to prove the existence of god, or not, and it answers to both true and not true, depending on where you take the logic.
It is not something we can prove, without making an assumption about an omniscient being or not.

Nothing, existentially speaking. The possibility that this "existence" could easily be a simulated reality, designed with a purpose of discovering some truth or furthering some cause that we humans couldn't even begin to fathom.
The simulated reality concept can be more strongly argued for than the current mainstream answers given by science.
A simulated reality would conflict with religions, in a literal sense, but in the universe where we exist the idea of a simulated reality doesn't contradict miracles, God's powers, prophecies or at least the possibility of any of them existence.

What god then? Zeus? Allah? Odin? Ra?
Also do you think an all knowing god can't tell you only pay lip service out of fear and pragmatism rather than faith?

The smartest and safest idea about how to behave regarding religion is, to not give a fuck and dont spend any energy concerning the question of the exisance of "god". Seriously why does anyone care about that?

Pascal's Wager also implies believing in a reverse God. One where you go to hell for believing. Fortunately, we have the Bible so we know the real God. Checkmate atheists

My soul is mine till I give it to God. Shall I choose not to give it to God I will simply rot in the ground and feed the worms. I refuse to believe that millions will go to a place called hell simply because they don't know nor accept God or believe in another God. God is what you believe it to be. For me it could be a simple piece of paper. In either case I still have to give my soul to him/her/it. Till then it remains mine even in death.
