Out of that chart, specifically if you're looking for a summer-time feel, try Days by Real Estate. It's like the quintessential modern, melodic, sweeping and reverb soaked suburban guitar indie rock record for me.
Also, Mac Demarco's later albums are so much more summery than 2.
