I've been working on some electro industrial with synthwave for a few weeks. I've always been digging that Skinny Puppy and Dead When I Found Her sound so I've been trying to throw some synthwave in the mix. Probably not the kind of industrial you mean maybe.

Record a blank tape A at another blank tape B, and then the tape B at tape A, and then tape A at tape B.....
>discogs.com
Artist tried to send samples at old tapes he had, but tapes started to disintegrate as he tried to record it, he tried again and again, each time messing more and more with the tapes.
>discogs.com
Record a sinewave at a cd
scratch that cd
convert this cd to digital audio file
burn this file as cd
scratch it....
repeat this until you have cd 10.
the final result is cd 10

Record yourself in a room
After one hour, start again to record the room while the first recording is playing.
Do this again and again until you have 48 hours of sound.
The guy shot a gun at hour 1, 24 and 48
Final result is a cd with the last hour recording
> Jacob Kirkegaard – 4 Rooms
Go to chenobyl and record a empty room
record this room again while only the first recording is played.
do this again always with only the last recording being played.
this was made at 4 different rooms (at all rooms you start the entire idea from scratch recording the empty room)
the final result is a cd with one song for each room each song have the last recording.
>Siege of Nöteborg (1702) - Is Essential To My Freedom
Record the sound of pc while pc is doing nothing and then record it again while previous recording are playing.
Final result is an album with 6 songs each one with an variation of the idea

hip hop with live harp
>william basinski
>patrician
he's not bad but extremely overrated due to him relating his uninteresting ambient music/tape loops to 9/11. of course shitfork gave it a 10
Senpai, would you honestly even listen to any of this stuff, most of that just sounds like the music an art student would make for a stupid multi media exhibition.
I agree with you on Dis Loops. He's got merits for other reasons though. His release earlier this year was pretty great.
Actually yeah you pleb, all that sounds pretty interesting and I'm not even the one who posted it!
i love a shadow in time too actually. nobody's talking about that though as far as i know
this album is sick
