That type of lock is simple.
If it is an older one when you turn the dials....when you reach the number the dial will become just a little bit looser...do that with all 3 dials and you got it

good luck. i used that method with a regular dial lock and it worked. just pay close attention to the tension of the dial. If it loosens it will be easily noticeable.

The little metal circles on the sides of the box are rivets. Get a drill bit a little wider than they are and go right through. If that doesn't work, drill holes right through the lock until it opens.
