It's all that heart,

Reminder that his superbowl against the Seahawks is the greatest performance in NFL history.

Absolutely.

Hightower had major surgery after the game and Edelman was clearly hurt

>W-W-WE WUZ HURT!!!

Edelman was literally concussed

montanas owl against the broncos m8

Cowboys / Patriots bowl this year

its official now

It's easy:
1. play the Jests 2x per year
2. play the Lelphins 2x per year
3. play the Blels 2x per year

>Jest

It's not Brady's fault the Seattle Defense is weak as shit

iirc brady has a better record outside the division than in it

Malcolm Mitchell is #1 target now that GRONK is rest?

>Edelman got concussed

He got more targets than edelman, looks like the patriots finally hit on a WR

Edelman hasn't really done anything this season. It's been Hogan and White/Blount mostly.

i don't know what iirc stand for and I don't care.
Brady is a system babby.

They have a few good targets this year actually. Bennett is playing better than Gronk this year imo. Edelman is a still a great slot guy and good at getting open. Mitchell is developing well and Hogan was, at least earlier this year a good deep threat. Dion Lewis is also shaping up into the versatile back that he was before his injury last year too.

certainly better than the last Rookie WR they picked up

DROPSON

Im surprised at how good the Patriots run game is. Blount might not always have a high ypc but he is very explosive, and Lewis given time to develop will be a very agile back.

Thompkins and Dobson were the best WR duo in the league under Brady. You are being unfair!

Mitchel and Hogan are looking promising, at least.

Listen Javier this isn't soccer so your analysis has to be completely disregarded and there is a reason he earned the nickname dropson

Pats fans are so fucking shook at the prospect of getting cucked this year in their last chance at greatness, that they're celebrating a slim victory over the jest

Lmao

They could have scored on that last drive easily but chose to run out the clock as well as Gostkowski missing an easy field goal. The Pats always play the Jets close too dumbass, and they have a worse record inside their own division than against teams outside of it.

Oh, sorry. I forgot my sarcasm tag.

Well that makes more sense then I was trying to think in what world could that statement ever be construed as being true.

>t-t-they always play like t-this

Says the increasingly nervous man for the dozenth time this season

I wasn't worried at all this game actually contrary to my dad who was bitching that we lost as soon as the Jets were up 10 - 0. I think as long as the defense can come together, even if they allow a lot of yards which they do, and continue to be 3rd in points allowed then the offense can lead the way.

>le AFCE is always bad meme
it was one of the winningest divisions in football last year

Outside of the jets, who do have talent on that roster, the AFCE isn't all that bad this year.

With the Broncos loss and the easy win at home against the rams we will still be in 1st place in the AFC too with only the Raiders being a threat.

bowles shit the bed on that drive it had nothing to do with brady. brisset would have torched us through those gaping holes. should have just kept rushing him, bowles is too textbook. he was making some awful passes when the heat is on.

Brady has a fast release and them bringing the blitz would have left more receivers open and he already was able to pass on those drives.

Who wins in a clutch-off? Brady or Stafford?

Brady does the Pats would have been up already if Gostkowski didn't miss the first field goal and if Mitchell didn't drop that pass that went right through his hands.

we aren't fast enough to beat five receivers. we have to get in brady's pretty face.

He was clearly not 100% this game and no Gronk hurt too. Still they won it. Good win.

>peypey retired
>Eli won't make it to the owl
>nobody will stop Brody from winning his 5th* superbowl

tough times ahead

I think Bennett is playing better than Gronk at this point in time.
He just gets rid of it then if he doesn't make the pass, the jets weren't able to sack him once even with his injured leg and that front 4.

No but he will be used more and more and you will likely see Amendola less. Pats have a lot of decent targets this year but without Gronk they don't have that guy that opens it up for everyone else.

Bennett has been very useful this year don't count him out man.

Edelman has done okay. Just cause he is not getting TDs doesn't mean he is doing badly. The Pats have a lot of guys who can catch a pass this year... Gronk Bennett Lewis White Edelman Amendola Hogan Mitchell are all reliable so it cuts into everyones numbers. The only guy immune is a healthy Gronk at this point.

I think Blount and Lewis tandem will be great if Lewis stays healthy and gets back to early 2015 form he was doing very good catching the ball too. Blount is a more explosive player and Lewis seems like the more agile back to me anyway.

Right now this second? Yes but only cause Gronk is hurt. If 100% Gronk is clearly better not that Bennett is a slouch.

Patriots are basically the white Raiders, if you know what I mean.

The two of them working in tandem I think will be better than the Hernandez/Gronk combo to be honest.

When both are fully healthy. Yes I think so too. The Pats haven't done much of using both of them at the same time though. I think that will change come playoff time though.

Blount had over 6ypc this week
He had 6.5 last week.

you don't need a sack. brady's accuracy was sub par tonight because we let the dogs out. then bowles played conservatively in the 4th quarter which if you hadn't noticed has cost us some games this season.

Brady and Garoppolo (am I spelling that right?) could both tear their ACL's and this team would still probably run the table. They have an incredible running game and enough targets to make even Sean Mannion look like a great QB.

Regardless of whether or not you hate the Patriots, just stand back and look at what they have. I mean, holy shit.

>Haha you're team only won 4 SuperBowls and was competitive every year for only 15 years!

Yeah, you got me.

His accuracy wasn't great at first but he got into his rytheme.
My point is he seems to only pickup like 3 or 4 yards maybe, or he makes an explosive play and picks up 9 or 10, sometimes even more.
Yeah the defense is going to have to get better though the one good thing is at least they are only 3rd in points allowed, however, they were really good at stopping Forte tonight I think he only rushed for 27 yards.

I'm not worried about the offense, I'm worried about the defense. Too many shitty QBs have looked better than they should against them.

I know what you mean if Butler didn't force that fumble then that catch would've been another play he got beat on and he wouldn't have looked as good this game. How much of that is due to Brandon Marshall being good remains to be seen but if we get deep in the playoffs you can bet he will be against good receivers then too

his accuracy was bad through both halves before we decided to drop back. the patriots have a weak o-line and stud receivers. so greybeard made the wrong decision. we had the game in the bag because we're supposed to be one of the few teams who have brady's kryptonite.

Dobson looked good as a rookie don't cream your pants yet

He made a few nice passes but i'll concede he wasn't throwing as good as he usually does. How much of that can you chalk up to his leg being fucked up though?

his knee was probably the reason we were rushing so hard to begin with. but i guess greybeard forgot about it. you don't need your knees if you don't need to move.

Im curious to see how he looks next week compared to this week and see the difference.

...

is brady still an elite qb?

>still

>Brady against injured Seahawks since 2012: 1-0
>Brady against healthy Seahawks since 2012: 0-2

Hello, OP.

You seem to forget that Tim Bradley has a 2-3 playoff record against the perennial GOAT Peyton Manning.

That's all.

Brady against Seahawks in Super Bowls: ?

>4 Rings > 2 Rings

so bart starr is better than brady?

btfo

>This meme again
(You)

>meme
It's a fact that Peyton is 3-2 against Brady in the playoffs, the "clutch playoff god", while playing on inferior teams.

Sorry if that's inconvenient to your fanfiction, faggot.

If I remember correctly

It's his system. Just like all teams build up around the strengths and needs of their quarterbacks. Those that don't or can't properly build around their quarterback are just garbage.

You don't watch many Jets / Patriots games, do you?

Hey, I was wondering what was Brady's TD/Int ratio this year

Steve Young beat the shit out of the chargers from start to finish. It was ridiculous

Casuals are idiots and think the patriots should be winning 45-12 just because it's the jets

the year the pats won the superbowl they only beat the jets by 2 points I n Gillette(27-25) and a single point in the meadowlands (17-16)

Rodgers can't hold brady's jock strap anymore

cant believe they were ever compared

wow how homophobic

If it wasn't the best overall performance it was at least the best 4th quarter.

>down by 10
>against the best defence of a generation
>12 minutes remaining
>14/16 124 yards 2 TD

>Super Bowl

Using head on match ups to determine better quarterbacks is stupid.

Peyton beating Brady's defenses more than Brady beating Peyton's defenses in no way equates to Peyton being better. Fully acknowledging both QB's are among the greatest ever.

It was the best super bowl ever

Peyton wasn't one of the best ever though. His playoffs record prevents him from being a serious candidate.

you obviously never saw him play in his prime. he was fucking robotic, his accuracy was unbelievable.

The Pats are 9-2 and that's with Brady, Gronk, Bennett, Hogan and Edelman all playing injured. If those guys get healthy or close to it by play off time I like their chances.
