The new album's coming out soon.

Like the vocals and instrumentation. The piano and bass sounds kinda muddy though.
Your loops sound pretty cool. The beats are nice too.
I'm not normally a fan of a lot of reverb, but it sounds nice in this case. The guitar tone is pretty nice.

Reccing all of these btw

Holy cancer, here's your (You).

I love the sound but its a bit to loud for me
At certain points it get to noisy for me. The vocal also seems separate from the music. Everything else is perfect.
The piano on anywhere is my favorite. The second song on it with the bass guitar is so smooth. I love it.

I feel like this has potential but something about the mix is definitely kinda off. The vocal sounds a bit awkward

Reccs:
Pretty cool, I'm not rlly into this kind of music but my friends would probaby rlly like it
Always recommend
Well written songs pretty noice

This is really unique stuff. Your vocalist has a really enjoyable voice but they're really lacking in confidence, which is a shame because the music loses a lot of impact as a result. Not like I can talk though, being confident as a vocalist is damn impossible. Love how his voice picks up at times, especially in Briefcase. I like this a lot though, the jazzy flourishes (is that a rhodes btw?) are great. Not sure on the mix being so muddy for this style though. Would totally DL if it was more refined (or more realistically, not $5 for a debut)

This is some dreamy stuff. Love the high vocals layered over top, wish they were just a shade louder at times but all in all it works. This is like something that'd be on Orchid Tapes if they had Brazilian artists. It sounds like you listen to a ton of RL Kelly (it's a good thing). I'll be keeping tabs for sure.

I gotcha on the loud thing - unfortunately, it's only gonna get louder from here, I'm picking up a Big Muff tomorrow and saving up for a Devi Ever Rocket. Love that wall of noise sound...might mix the vocals higher but the guitars sure aren't changin haha.

I remember listening to "I'm Good" a little while back. In The City is solid, not quite as good imho, if only because the hook (while nice) isn't really enough to carry the song. Chill and relaxing though.

You ever see that video about "how to lofi hip hop" online? Think it ruined lofi hip hop for me desu.

Also rec'ing:
(glad you rec'd me too bc I love yr shit, fuzzy catchy gazey goodness)
(so glad you're coming out with more blackened stuff soon)
(more of that dreamy indie goodness, well mixed)

>You ever see that video about "how to lofi hip hop" online? Think it ruined lofi hip hop for me desu.
Frankjavcee does it best, i'm glad he called it out bc it's become the new easymode.

Totally missed this, but I love Alex G. Influences a lot of my playing...so thanks

That's not a genre or a description, you twat.

It's a subgenre, silly

and then there's this autist

>I take info out of my ass
>if someone disagrees with me he's an autist

well, duh, only autist would go out of the way to defend a fag

Sorry if you thought I was defending him, I hate him like anyone else ITT.
I just explained boom bap is a legitimate genre to describe his music (that one song he spams here for years).

i'm definitely biased, but i wish these songs were all like the second half of fenriz. i can tell it's well put together and there's some good musicianship in there, but i wish i could actually hear it.
sounds great. i'm not into the tone of the vocalist in the start of the first track. sounds like he's uninterested, not really wanting to sing. i can't help but think the whole song would be better off as an instrumental.
second track is pleasant while it's playing; inoffensive but not memorable. i get the impression the vocalist is into it, but just needs practice.
