I like listen to crywank

...

too lazy to whip up a chart but this is a good one here, love seeing the feed back so high and lots of other great choices as well. If you haven't heard it already, I would recommend Bernard Bonnier - Casse-tĂȘte
oralrecords.bandcamp.com/album/casse-t-te

oops I meant but looks cool too. though for you I'd recommend Bibio - Vignetting The Compost
youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2B5B5E8AABB44325

rare to see someone with memphis rap on their chart

This used to be nothing but Nine Inch Nails, got into Pink Floyd and more into David Bowie to splice things at least little bit up

How is it even possible to make chart like this? There is too much good music. I tried many times and i can make a top 4 all-time favorites but the rest ranking wouldn't be accurate

If you like Bowie you'll probably also like Lou Reed or Iggy Pop

I wouldn't say your taste is bad, but extremely shallow. Go expand your horizons. Listen to anything and everything and figure out what you didn't know about yourself.

mine isn't, it's inferior

...

this is objectively true. like newton's laws

hello. i'm a work in progress but, them's the breaks

skeleton tree's on there twice, fuck

Thank you user, I'll check them out, I only heard of Lou Reed from his "infamous" works such as Metal Machine Music and Lulu

you should check out Transformer and Berlin by him

top 4 and half rows are what ive been listening to the past couple of weeks. everything below that are old favorites (except documentary 2.5 and beyond the fleeting gates. i forgot to include those at the top).

recs?

your an >nu-male

the wicked farleys - sentinel and enterprise
ganger - fore
cul de sac - ecim

actually disgusting

blockhead - music by cavelight
deltron 3030 - s/t
edan - beauty and the beat

burrrn - blaze down his way like the space show
lilys - in the presence of nothing

red house painters - rollercoaster
dalek - absense
fugazi - repeater
jesus lizard - liar
autechre - oversteps
kinoko teitoku - eureka
oeil - urban twilight
siouxsie and the banshees - juju
try godflesh

hope it's OK that I replaced 4 of the albums with my 4 favorite films instead. can't really think of that many albums I consider to be all-time favorites.

Listen to Paris 1919 by John Cale asap.

no comment

have you listened to Jefre Cantu-Ledesma?

what's your take on Aaron Dilloway?

I've only heard Burned Mind, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. What would you recommend from his discography?

lmao why did you reply with no comment? why not just ignore it if you had nothing to say?

He's saying you have shit taste.

I haven't listened to all of his (many) collaborative records, but Modern Jester is pretty great and so is The Gag File (one of the best of 2017).

see

Why not just say "shit taste" instead of being passive agressive faggot on annonymous image boards?

sorry. I'll make sure to acknowledge your shit taste more directly next time around.

This has to be a joke...

jesus, do you have any self-respect?

Not even the user who posted the chart, just telling you that you are a pussy fag.

Thanks for the recs, The Gag File is pretty good so far.

oh my god, stop

>he still thinks this is the chartposter
Wishful thinking there bro.

Stop embarrassing yourself.

Oh god

>S-stop please, stop exposing me as a pussy I really am.
lol

to be clear, wasn't me.

no worries! that's what these threads are for, I think.

I wasn't the guy who bullied you, but still it's hard to read

Sup Forums is pathetic

What is going on in this thread?

Try Earthling or Outside by Bowie, they didn't get much critical acclaim but both are heavily influenced by NIN and are surprisingly good. I think Reznor even did some mixing on Earthling.

The Micrphones- Glow Pt. 2
Japan- Quiet Life

Coil- The Ape of Naples

accidentally put songs about fucking twice, I would put hounds of love in there instead I guess

ah, jeez man

understandable have a great day

you seem like that one old guy on RYM everyone hates

I would be suprised if you didn't smoke weed

get into coil, lots of great albums to hear

bad brains are really fucking good, listen to streetlight manifesto's everything goes numb

I absolutely need to download deceit once I can use a computer again since I'm currently homeless and living with my granddad

...

Been lurking for nearly 5 years but somehow I'm still so middle of the road.
This is off the top of my head so maybe some less popular favourites too, but still a lot more generic ones for sure.
Teach me how to be less mediocre

made a few changes also bump

not bad at all, by the throat is a good choice. do you listen to current 93?

images.genius.com/27d9a1360404b02e47e73933f9420875.1000x980x1.jpg

Can't say I do, any specific release you'd suggest?
Your chart has also prompted me to finally listen to Deathconsciousness and The Fragile

Utopia soundtrack

Did you like The Fragile?

What album is that next to Glassworks and below 1979?

i relate user. also, hell yeah for andrew WK

Andrew W.K's music is amazing, a lot of fun, naturally.

I really like his other albums too where he tries to be more experimental.

Also, he is apparently working on a new album as he keeps saying from Twitter, wonder what he is doing, thought he stopped.

>humanz in top 4

i don't like shitting on anyone's taste but i dont know how you can love demon days and s/t but still love humanz.

have you heard of our lord and savior dean blunt?

open mike eagle- dark comedy late show

soundtrack to girl with the dragon tattoo

im in the mood for some synth pop for some reason.

...

girl with the dragon tattoo is pretty long but I've been meaning to listen

Ben Frost - By The Throat

Marietta - Summer Death

Rufus - Atlus

...

did you download the thumbnail of scaruffi's top 100

you have to be over 18 to post here

only good chart itt

>"You have to be over 18 to post here"
>doesn't post his own chart.
You have to go back

it's OK, I'll support his statement about this board being 18+.

I agree, it's a good thing he knows about the rule, I just wish he actually acted upon it and waited for him to grow up properly.

t. Scaruffi drone

...

What does my chart tell about my age?

you're probably over 20

missing tame impala and olivia tremor control

What criteria do you use for telling people's age by their albums of choice?

not many teenagers enjoy the stuff on your chart!

...

underage B&

you need get out more.

yep, over 20. one can tell it by the even combination of more obscure records and critically acclaimed, well-known albums, signaling that you've had time to explore music for a few years while simultaneously being mature enough to admit that you're into Wilco and Interpol.

that's true but not necessarily relevant to the fact that the music on your chart is generally listened to by a more mature audience

stop listening to the beatles

>mature enough to admit that you're into Wilco and Interpol
Made me chuckle, thanks. Both of those aren't the best thing ever, but that doesn't mean one can't enjoy them, does it?

What's the name of the first album on your second tier?

You guys got any recommendations for someone like this guy, I have extremely similar taste but want to branch out a bit. (already a big fan of pink floyd, led zep, black sabbath as well).

I don't know, try Herman's Hermits - There's a Kind of Hush All Over the World.

of course not! Interpol's debut is still a pretty damn great record, as is Wilco's YHF. some of the 2000's best pop songs are on those two albums.

r8 me pls

let's not?

one comment though: there are like five records on your chart released prior to 90's. good music wasn't invented in the year 1990. listen to more music.

>favorites have to be old
????

if that's your takeaway from what I said then there is nothing more to add to the conversation.
