#1: This wouldn't happen to me because I'm not retarded enough to allow it to happen to me
#2: Should this, for whatever reason, happen, I would only grumble at having to wipe the disk and reinstall the OS and Steam. It takes at least 2 hours to get back to a fully working OS with most features up and running like I want them, and that's a rather noticeable annoyance.
