Why do people pretend this piece of shit is good?
Why do people pretend this piece of shit is good?
>contrarian
Nice bait
That's not a piece of shit that's DSOTM
Why do you pretend it's not good?
>it's popular
>hurrrr durrr ur a pleb
dear redditor op, congrats on turning 18. now you will pretend to hate music that is considered /r/im14andthisisdeep until you hit 25 (or at your case maybe later) and start appreciating music for what it is. right now please head over to /r/hiphophead because black cocks aint gonna suck themselves.
I mean, sure, it's overrated in my opinion, but it's still an absolutely fantastic album. One of the greatest prog rock releases of all time. Just because something is overrated doesn't make it bad.
>all these asshurt dadrock faggots
>Pink Floyd
>dadrock
Even if that were the case, all Pink Floyd's long songs are patrician
>anyone who doesn't agree with me is wrong and I must insult them because I am an edgy asshole
>Echoes is patrician
fuck off
>Echoes is patrician
correct
i heard a lot of them like it
WYWH, and Animals >>>> DSOTM
Ummagumma > The Endless River >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> WYWH and Animals
>all this summer
LOL take an upvote my good sir!
Because it makes them look respectable to Sup Forums, RYM, and their pretentious friends. Of course some of them genuinely like it but I find it hard to believe so many people think this is amazing despite the choir vocals being absolutely out of place, the annoying sound effects that try to make it artistic, basic vocals, and overall bad song composition. On top of all of this people call it progressive rock, what a joke.
idk its boring
Summer arrived earlier
much better than anything post Animals
i genuinely dont understand the love for ummagumma.
so many shit filler tracks
no sense of cohesion
""""experimental"""" sound collage pieces
someone go back to 1969 and throw roger waters into a bin
correct
:-D
You are so cool
>someone go back to 1969 and throw roger waters into a bin
The thing is they had an album's worth of good material at the time, it just never came together as an album. Check out The Man and The Journey, it was a better mix of "experimental" ideas and actual songs, mostly from More.
Daily reminder that they peaked with Syd.
...
i myself ask the same question
Shits slow as fuck its sleeping music
>being this contrarian
The anti rock crowd around here is way more annoying than all the dad rockers
Just a bunch of contrarian faggots
The only one who's pretending is you my man
