There are Sup Forums relevant topics, post or memes which - according to some moderators - violate the SFW rule (which is nowhere exactly specified and leads to problems due to different juristicdions in different countries/states). Easy solution: Turn Sup Forums to a green board. note: this doesn't mean thatyou have to permit pornography. There are other NSFW boards who still have no-porn policy.
>allow webms with sound Why? Why not? The main argument, the limitation of bandwidth, is retarded because the limitation applies to the max. size of the container, not the v/a streams. Allowing audio isn't growing the size any bigger.

The question is: Should they be allowed to make seperate threads in which they can stay by themselves or not? note: forbidding waifu threads will most likely increase the derailing of other threads with waifu posts.
