It's a manga that's been running for 20+ years now, and it's pretty incredible. One of the things that's most interesting about it, is that the author has basically reinvented himself in his style several times throughout the series, while still keeping it true to its roots. During the first 10 volumes (referred to collectively as the "Golden Age" arc), it's basically gritty 80s style manga of purely dark medieval warfare, becoming borderlined historical fiction. but in volumes 11-12+ literally hell opens up and pours itself onto earth evil dead style but in a completely serious manner. Over the next ~5 volumes you have every bit of bad in his world corrupted and risen to full blown demonic rape-fests; corrupt priests burning everyone at the stake, packs of roving goblins kidnapping women, raping and impregnating them to make more monsters, an evil god-emporer who tries to take over the world etc. It then turns into a traditional swords/sorcery fantasy where Guts assembles a team of rag-tag heroes to destroy the five God Hands of hell, one of whom was his best friend and rival during the Golden Age.

Not much, been training hunter while watching other stuff on the wise, finished Stella no Mahou from a few seasons back which was nice. Got up to 66 hunter as well so only 3 more levels until I get the level I need, taking a quick break right now before I get back to it, gonna power through mining tomorrow to 70 since I need that as well, you?

Don't need over 70 for anything else in the game besides max, so may as well.
About the same, did some more Zulrah, attempting to do a farm run through DCs now.
Also watched Re Creators which was disappointing since I heard it had suffering, first episode did not. But it was okay, I liked the characters so I'll probably continue.
Watched the Idolmaster shorts which were nice, probably going to watch Hinako Note later.

I enjoyed it, like the characters a lot, MC was a little bland but not terribly so.
I don't really watch the "trapped in an MMO genre" but in this show the reverse happened and they got brought to his world.
Dunno if that happens often but I thought it was a nice change of pace.
The 20 seconds of mecha was also nice.
Will be interesting to see how it turns out, hopefully it'll be pretty solid.
