It's hard to say which one is musically superior because it's not actually about which one is musically superior but about which one is conceptually superior.
Gira is more of a visionary than a he is a musician.

I'd have to say TBK.
It might be hyped but it definitely deserves it.
It combines the hard, heavy, grungy noise rock of 80s swans with the complex instrumentation of 90s Swans.
Not to mention it's super consistent with no real low point on the album.
SoundTracks for the Blind is a close second but It's not as catchy or enjoyable imo.

All of them except for To Be Kind are incredible. I believe that Holy Money and SFTB are the two best.
