Well produced and I like the vocals. I'd say using some better synth sounds and do some mastering would do a lot of good! Overall great stuff :) Sounds proffesionel as fuck. Really dig this!
Nice. Catchy and nicely mixed. Chuckleworthy lyrics too (in a good way). Followed.
Very pleasant to listen to, but I think you could benefit from a little less dissonance/more conventional harmony progression. I realize it's probably intentional, but I feel like it's something that could alienate some potential listeners.
The above comment applies here too. I find the chord progression is too unconventional and unpredictable. I also think the bass should stay in the lower frequencies. Would really make it pump.

> boombap > oldschool acapellas > pretending to do more of these
made a slowburner here. recorded live into ableton, then sprinkled with some fx. analog rytm on the drums, analog keys on the pad and tb-03 on the lead.
any feedback is much appreciated,
Ian Bennett

PS: I'm on rateyourmusic now, so if you listen to the whole album, I'd love if you rated it.
Recs: I was fully expecting to hate this after seeing the lyrics. They're super tumblr drug-culture suburban white lyrics, this coming from a white dude with tons of experience with drug abuse. But it's actually pretty damn fun. Feels a little like if Meth Teeth were more garage rocky, or if Weezer came out and they'd been on a six month Teen Suicide romp. Song is saved by not taking it even remotely seriously.
especially love this reccing all this great work m.soundcloud.com/dyl-en/sets/salmon-salons-male-mosquito >lofi electronic music i have been sitting on most of these ideas since summer of last year and i finally felt like they sounded good enough to release.
My newest track. Thanks for taking the time to listen. Commenting on SC.
Recs: Like the art work and theme you were going for. The beat is really groovy. Hell yes man! Another awesome piece. I love the synth sound you chose for the melody at 00:44.

I suspect most of the regulars, if not everyone knows of me in these threads. I know I was being bitchass at the time but I always try my best to give feedback and comment, hell I have a couple collaborations coming from these threads. I'm thankful. I just got too focused on numbers when I shouldnt give a damn.
