A website where you sign up and let anyone else see through your webcam on any of your devices at any time, but also you can see anyone else who's signed up webcams at any time. Basically an anti-privacy site where everyone agrees to be extremely public in every way. Will take a lot of attention to security I figure. Everyone wants to be able to spy on others, and the people who agree to let ANYONE see them rather than just registered users will be instantly famous.

That might get a bit trickier, a decent amount of it is copyrighted so if you keep a database of it and are distributing it, you might get in trouble
