fuck off

Post yours then nerd

u mad b*tch?

>dont post in MY thread unless you give ME RECS
take your own advice faggot

If you have nothing to contribute, then you shouldn't post here. You're leeching off other people and you shouldn't get away with it.

how do you know i'm not going to rec people later on in the thread and i'm just getting my chart posted and out of the way early? if i have nothing to offer the people who have already posted then why should i just chuck them an unrelated rec just to suite your little nazi/commie whatever worldview?

Ghost Bath - Moonlover
Jordaan Mason - the decline of stupid fucking western civilization

That Peste Noire record is fucking great my dude
Sun Worship - Elder Giants

The Dead Texan - The Dead Texan

Mukaizake - Mapping the Static

高田みどり - Through the Looking Glass

Mariee Sioux - Faces in the Rocks

Biosphere - Substrata
Yoran - Montparnasse

Sleaford Mods - Divide and Exit

if your post is just your chart you're a massive faggot

doesn't matter if you rec later in the thread, people that say they do/will are usually lying

I'm the OP dummy

Passport - Blue Tattoo
L.A. Express - Shadow Play

make fun of my chart or rec me so its good m8

...

"Killshot" - Ben Frost

>carnavas
>god is an astronaut

my dude. "Malacoda" - Caspian

If you have any more like By The Throat would love to hear them.

"Hard Rain" - Lawrence English

"Cursed" - Gost

>If you have any more like By The Throat would love to hear them.

Pharmakon comes to mind in terms of the sorts of samples she uses, but obviously she's a bit different. Check out Tim Hecker if you haven't already. Virgins is probably closest to Frost's work. If you're into metal check out some of the Body, some of their stuff is produced by the Haxan Cloak who's pretty Frosty.

9/10 chart, I love your shit

someone give me more gothy shoegaze

i probably have found all of it

you've probably listened to it, but if not: Manuel Göttsching - "E2-E4"

Neil Young - "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere"

not shoegaze (but probably up your alley): Kraus - "End Tomorrow"

An Autumn For Crippled Children?
Also, if you like APTBS, have you tried The Lost Rivers?

Jesus And The Mary Chain

Brian Eno Stuff

Never heard it before actually. Am two minutes in now and enjoying it. Definitely makes me think of The Field in a great way. Thanks man.

Virgins is literally on the chart I posted lol. I'll look into Pharmakon after I'm done with Manuel tho.

no question that it paved the way for The Field and similar acts. to think that it was made in the early 80's is kind of insane.

first time I ever seen Arab on Radar on Sup Forums. They're sick. Ever given The Raincoats The Kitchen Tapes a chance? Also The Saddest Landscape, also....... ehhh idk I think we could follow each others playlists and dig it.I like all the bands you posted

i think we would be good friends

sup friendos

10/10 for chart organization

hey are you my little brother

...

Oh...well...if you want to...ummm...hang out...or something...

The more I go on here, the more Miles Davis I see. Props to that man he's a great jazz artist, I'm glad that some people still enjoy jazz.

2017-core. Not been on Sup Forums at all this year, so any cool recs of stuff I might have missed would be appreciated.

>props for listening to entry level pleb jazz

Cool top 4 and second-tiers, esp. Moody Blues! Never heard of God is Good, I'll have to look it up.

Cool looking chart for sure. The only album on there I've listened to all the way through is Kid A though.

Lol I dig the Charlie Brown Christmas.

post contact info bb

You call it pleb jazz, but can you really name very many artists who are better and have more great records than Miles Davis?

H8 me

Cattle Decapitation, Death Grips

Kanye West, RTJ

SOAD, Wu Tang, Dr Dre

Damn I haven't heard any of these. I'm listening to Disperse now though.

My AOTY so far is "World Eater" by Blanck Mass. You may like it. There's some metal influences like the vocals in the middle of Rhesus Negative, but it leans more ambient-techno-industrial-noiseish.

Oh cool. I remember liking a Blanck Mass album a few years back, and then they completely fell off my radar. I'll be sure to check it out.

>Every jazz artist is better than Miles Davis

Well that doesn't answer my question at all. Or are you implying every artist listed there is better? And if so I'm assuming they're better to you because they're more obscure, right?

he sucks get over it

welcome to Sup Forums

ok cunt name me 10 fucking jazz albums better than In a Silent Way

Thanks man, thought I'd get some hate but I seriously love the album. Vince Guaraldi is a beautiful pianist.

nah lol

>samefagging this hard over your entry level dadjazz negro

>entry level means bad
this is when you know that Sup Forums has poisoned your mind

>
>8 Grammys
>5 decades of amazing albums
>shaped jazz itself
>played with almost every other influential jazz artist
>Pleb level jazz

The only reason why you know what the fuck jazz is because of Miles Davis you scumbags.

These fucking faggots probably can't even name 10 other jazz artists.

Are you just calling out what's on my chart? Both CD & DG are on there

9/10
8.5/10
7.5/10
I actually don't know most of these. Would you mind giving me any refs based off my chart?

You're posting that response because you've been so fucking conditioned to believe thats what expected of you that you now just do it without even thinking. Wake up, dude.

cause i've been here for five years

I'm not saying you're new here. The cynicism of Sup Forums seems to not have affected you, I like that.

we are Few but we are Strong

...

Good to know

Can't promise I'll read it, but I'll look it up.

Do you have an rym?

Most of you should try gardening instead...

>Flags of the Sacred Harp and Soundtracks for the Blind
Most of your stuff is 2obscure4me, but those are two of my favourite albums. Got any recs?

would say nice charalambides but judging from the rest of your chart i'm assuming you have it on there because its dark and weird and totally inaccessible, you being a COMPLETE poseur and all.

I've been trying to be less cynical. Also I'm pretty much a causal viewer to Sup Forums even though I go on it daily and post/reply pretty regularly.

I love both those albums.

Rate/Roast me

>not for children
I'm not a child, I'm 21 senpai

I'm looking for an album based on the artwork that I can't remember the name of. Its an extreme close-up of a human face with metallic-looking teeth and beady eyes.

I'm already a Steve Hauschildt fan, but thank you! I'd want to know if I didn't know.

sd laika thats harakiri

Any recommendations?
