Yep, the trailers playing on the televisions mounted on the ceiling. I already had a N64 so we would rent games. I remember it would suck because we'd only have them for a day or two.
I remember how movie rental places would smell, especially local mom n pop ones. And remember they'd have the styrofoam brick inside them so you couldn't steal them?
I remember when Johnny Mnemonic came out on VHS. It had its own promotional display case and it was awesome.
