But I'll put it next instead of HZD, just for ya. Heard it's really good, and I really dig the girl aesthetic.
That sounds like you could manage to get out of that situation. It's not going to be easy, but if you put your will to it you can do it.
Of course the obvious thing is stop smoking and doing some light exercise on your free time, though that IS easier said that done. I don't know about smoking - I stay away from that stuff because I've heard stories and because it smells awful - but for the exercise, it'll hurt your limbs a bit the first 3 days. After that, it's really easy.
And for the credit debt, how bad is it? You could try whenever you're feeling you could use a smoke or really craved some food just for the sake of eating and not because you're hungry, put that money towards paying the debt.
It may seem like a cumbersome solution, but it's a good one nonetheless. I had countless moments where I could just get out of lying, but didn't because I could do it later or out of laziness. There sadly isn't an easy "out" button when it comes to things like these.

Take it from me. The only thing stopping this vicious circle from ending is yourself. I've been actively working to stop it from happening again, and god damn it is freeing. Not having to essentially think every single word I say, making excuses on the fly and managing truths. And if it ever looks too hard, remember it isn't just for you - you're also doing it for the love of your life. If you can't do it for yourself, then do it for her. And if you really can't keep on, come clean to her. It won't be pretty, but it's better than continuing like that.
