Jimmy Cowman? I didn't know you browsed Sup Forums.
Also, rec to Black Cat. I assume you have no more plans for a split with Wreckage since...well, you know. Btw how have you been?
Oh aye my dude
Actually we played a show in March
But ya i talked to her awhile back about doing a collab based off our old live shows, I just wish i had recorded one of them better because as much as i like the collab her and i released, it didn't compare to the straight noise we used to make
but anyhow ya i've been pretty good lately, i started getting shows booked again and feel inspired to get back into writing music again. Also i got about a month till i start school so i'm just blowing time
queen of the coast giving off some hard mac demarco vibes. the other tracks are a little weaker imo but i'm a fan of that one

Sounds about right. I'm glad to see that you two are in good terms. Well, I've been shamelessly promoting my free improv metal band on this site. Synagogue of Satan is currently on hiatus, but I did release a split with someone (He keeps deleting his bandcamp page so I cannot find it). I begin summer school in 2 weeks, so I'll be busy mixing our new album until.
Hi everyone, this is my new single "Dare". I hope you all enjoy it. It tells the story of an abusive relationship.

I feel like "Lo-fi Instrumental Grunge" would be more suitable tags. still liked tho
nice idea, keep working on this. sharpen up the timing a bit, and tone down some mids in the mix and you're good to go

recss:
I really like the concept here. Maybe flourish out a little more on the instrumentation with the your new material but for what its worth, this is a very pleasant album to listen to.
Sounds a lot like Wild Nothing. This is a good and bad thing. You'll get criticized for copying them, but since you were able to replicate their style so well you can use that as a method to expand upon your own sound, which can be evident in some parts of your song. Keep on going!
I like this one a lot. It sounds like you guys are really on to something. I understand about the rough demos, but in the final recording, the mandolin could be better synced with the drums. Also maybe add a bass riff for this somewhere along the line? I think it needs it. You guys have potential, just make sure to put in the effort in the final recording.

>noise, ambient noise, synths
Heavily inspired by emptyset, and Pan Sonic.
>blackfires.bandcamp.com
Some pretty interesting walls of sound, reminds me of a darker Yellow Swans, with more use of synths and less field recordings.
>rednevada.bandcamp.com
I love love the Constant album, its actually some impressive use of beats, and synths. The production isnt ridiculously lofi and washed out, and seems mixed decently as well. Recommending.
Not much to say about this, but its gorgeous, very subtle quiet use of noise, and some great ambient pieces.
