Not too bad actually. I'm not one of the guys who pretends to be a cop. I know i'm a security guard, I know that I don't have any more power than anyone else. I have met plenty of guys who are in the academy/aspiring cops who have a really hard time when people fuck with them.

Legally we can't, as far as I know. I'm sure people do, though. I'm in Commiefornia, so when I see people smoking weed on the proprety, I just tell them to go more than 20 feet away from the doors and windows and to keep it away from little kids. The only exception is if I'm workinf at a homeless shelter or something like that, where there are people who are struggling with addiction.

No. I don't want to be a cop. I'm doing this job because it's fun, it's easy/gives me time to live the life I want, and most importantly, I'm depping into the Air Force. It's temporary.

I used to work in security and found it soul crushing. Plus it's a dead end job with no real hope of advancement unless you carry a gun which means you work in nigger infected areas.

My company wants us to be armed, but I'd have to pay for the $200 certification and the handgun myself. And when you make less than $15/hr, it's not worth it. Especially when I can't carry it on every post.

I'm sure they will. I've met cops who still think that adults using marijuana is the cause of the world's problems, and i've met cops who genuinely don't care. It's all situational, though. I'm sure that if you're in a smoking area, minding your own, they won't care. But if you're walking down the street with a four foot bong taking rips, you'll get fucked with. Just don't be sketchy or an asshole.

There are a lot of juans at my company. I'm not one of them. Hans is a lot closer.

Their guys are usually pretty unhappy and unmotivated. I don't interract with them much, but when I do they usually ask for my card/my bosses card. But as a company, they seem exceedingly average for security. Which isn't saying much.

Night shift is cash. Dick around for hours and do whatever. I recently had to guard a guy for the local Sheriff in the hospital. Eight hours of sitting on my phone, reading and watching movies.

If you're in SoCal. If you get 10+ years exp. You can go to high tier security in BeverlyHills/Brentwood/Malibu/etc starting at $70k my man. I would've had I not gotten my diesel mechanic job @ $65k starting.

Sadly, I'm in Northern California. I'm going to be going into the service soon, doing cyber warfare; so after I get out, getting a good paying job isn't going to be one of my main concerns.
