Depends on which route you take. I took Hanako's route, which feels fairly quick compared to some of the others, which may have a lot of choices, and I think it took seven hours. That's me personally of course- you should ask around.
It's good as a story and not as a sexual VN- of course, due to my faith, I must also you recommend with the H-scenes disabled, but also because it's just not a sexual VN- the story is far and away from anything that is produced with 'jerk off material' in mind (and I've played some of those in the past).
