Because they are

Either you're having a stroke or you've got diabetes.

possibly nerve damage

Bruuuh

That's what I'm thinking, I walk like 10 miles a day for work

Nerve gas.

Gout

Diabetes. Not joking

Lack of circulation is the short answer. Try wearing diabetic socks and see if that helps, maybe go get a massage. Even if that isn't the issue, massages are great for you. If you can find someone who knows Manual Lymphatic Drainage, you can get your PCP to recommend it and your insurance could possibly cover it

This is how it ends

You're fat. And probably diabeetus

Also some of my toenails are yellowish

I'm 121 pounds

You don't have to be fat to get diabetes.

I hope it kills me, finally get my wish

Well, ok... go on, twink. pic?

Yellowing toenails can be attributed to fungal infection

Bruuh

From like a dirty foot spa or unwashed tools during a pedi

I have never had those

Post toe nail

Diabetes. see a doctor.

Definitely fungus. Soak your feet in some apple cider vinegar for like 20 minutes, it'll kill all of that shit. Your feet will smell like vinegar for a while but it's better than fungus. Dilute it like 50 50 with water if it's too much for you

Honestly user it could be ms
Get yourself checked out this happens to my cousin now he's on meds he's a lot better
They will only increase the span between episodes tho

Not necessarily, i had got fungal infection because I didnt dry my feet properly after showers.

It also accompanies athletes foot, if your feet aren't getting enough fresh air on these 10k walks, but it would also feel itchy.

>WebM/b/

No it's Lupus

That's a warning sign for adult onset diabetes.

Lose weight or the doctors will have to cut your feet off.

And 4'7"
Definitely fat.

It sounds like you need good shoes if you're walking that far every day. Get some running shoes with a higher level of padding. Mizuno brand is very good quality, for instance. Their wave rider series is well padded.

Nigga

Possibly tight shoes. Same thing happened to me going into basic training, fucking sucked but went away after some months

5'5"

Are you female? Because you are fucking SHORT

I wear 10 dollars shoes from wmart

Just small, but hey. Still getting chicks. So doesn't matter to me

So unless your foot feel cold and is changing color your circulation could be fine. it sounds more like nerve compression, which a lot of people mistake for circulation. Runners get the numb toes/etc if their shoes are too tight. Normal walking/running makes your feet swell, and can then compress nerves. check out some runners forums

This.

No it;s not just chicks. I would hate being short. Being tall has a shit load of utility. And I'm not even really that tall, 6'0'

Could be a pinched sciatic nerve bro

I have one on my left side and my big toe/part of my foot goes numb sometimes

the diabeetus

OP IF YOU DON'T HAVE DIABETES OR ARE REALLY OVERWEIGHT YOU MIGHT JUST BE LOW ON B12. GO TAKE A B12 PILL FOR A WEEK AND IT MIGHT FIX IT. I HAD THIS BEFORE.

its likely not diabetes. Youd tend to have pain not numbness (Im assuming you didnt have neuropathic pain and *now* its numb)

I assume its both feet?

I got hurt a little during a rugby game once and basically landed hard on my tailbone just as a guy came down on my shoulders. Right leg went pins and needles for a couple mins then it was just the right big toe.

Probably just a little pinching of the nerve.

Both feet - its probably from gobbling lots and lots of HIV-sullied loads.

Just one foot

in all realism its most likely the way you slept even if your neck doesnt hurt it can still be problems with your neck causing a lot of pain in other parts of your body

Try the B12 thing, next doctor check mention and they might do thyroid and sugar tests. Mechanically - get your feet measured and see if numb foot is a little larger and being compressed.

sneaker pads can help.

probably good sign its one foot only. but worth making a trip to the doc.

calf and leg/hip exercises might help wuite a bit. Especially those thigh induction/abduction machines you usually only see fat women using.

actually really good for improving circulation and strengthening parasoinal muscles.

not a bad idea to take a week/10 days off running and elevate the foot for a while.

very good chance its a slighlty impinged nerve in sacral soine but def can be a bunch of shit.

is there a car on them?

It's not a warning sign it's flat out bad diabetes.

Down syndrome

Stroke, peripheral neuropathy (I'd say probably from early stages of diabetes), stroke, impinged nerve, or you sat on your foot and are too stupid to move it
