great song

great album. i'd like to see more Zappa shit on Sup Forums. how do anons react to it?

Mothers is discussed all the time on /daily/, on regular Sup Forums the only times I see him mentioned is for either Hot Rats or Freak Out, but even then discussion is rare.

Lumpy Gravy is my favourite
As for Mothers, probably Weasels

is there any zappa music that elicits something other than mild humour?

he has a lot of classic work, some other albums are more prog or jazz. he started with this comedy rock but explored much more genres

Listen to Hot Rats nigga, it's largely instrumental rock with some jazz influence, a few vocals but they are more about portraying a flat character than telling a wacky Zappa-esque story.

underage b&

at least he's listening to Zappa...

>people think the summerfag meme isn't real

What's the best Zappa album, and why is it Joe's Garage?
