if you like fishmans, check out polaris (fronted by fishmans' bassist)

Ever listen to Silver Apples?

They're alright. They push the electronics a little bit too front and centre for my taste. I like how the USA makes it take a back seat to the vocals on most songs. Or how the Spoils of War weave it into the instrumentation.

You should listen to In Love With Oblivion by Crystal Stilits

really like yours, maybe you could try:
cage the elphant - melophobia
yellow magic orchestra - technodelic

blockhead - music by cavelight

It was an impulsive pick. They're nothing special but since the good weather started and I can cruise around with the windows down I haven't stopped playing Chorus. Chime Hours has been stuck in my head for about two weeks now.

Haven't listened to them until now but I think I'm going to like em. Got the Girls vibe.

...

...

Note:
While each section is relative to one another and are in order, each section within themselves are not in order (according to my preference amongst albums).

Recc's welcome
Not bad at all, pretty straightforward but who am I to complain about such things.
I'd suggest something, but I'm not sure exactly everything you've heard since you have a rather small chart.
Not bad.
Nothing exceptional about your taste (in my eyes/opinion) but it isn't bad.
Not sure if they're completely up your alley but have you listened to the Mars Volta at all?
Check'd
Very interesting taste to be honest.
Wouldn't put a lot of these albums together.
You seem like a pretty unique person.
Don't know any of your top tier but your second tier is pretty solid (as far as what I know).
A lot of mu-score and generally critically acclaimed albums but, still a good list.
Nothing I can see to complain about honestly.

I have listened to less music than most of people in here, for sure and each of those albums is a classic for the genre so certainly not anything "out there", and makes it way less interesting as well.

Never actually heard Mars Volta, you agree with the chart? At The Drive In seems pretty good as well by the way.

Shinobu

True enough, still have at least somewhat good taste though.
The albums themselves are good.

So no worries about it mate.

And I haven't heard all of the Mars Volta but from what I have heard, that chart seems pretty accurate desu.

My personal favorite is probably Frances the Mute.

Haven't listened to at the drive in myself

...

sorry blapp

Some gud shit there. I'd recommend you give Titus Andronicus a try. "The Airing of Grievances", "The Monitor" and "The Most Lamentable Tragedy" are all fantastic albums.

PUP's "The Dream is Over" might also be somewhat up your alley.

I seriously thought this was a troll chart.

ello
