I just watched Predator, Dog Soldiers and Aliens, back to back.

Are there any more films like that? Where soldiers get to deal with shit that's way above their league, be it supernatural or extraterrestrial.

Does anybody else thinks about that part in the new Independence Day movie where the African guy says how when they first inaveded they were hunted down, but he and his negroes adapted and learned to fight and ended up hunting the hunters. I think that would have been a fantastic horror alien thriller. Unlike the fucking shitty movie we got.

Predators, Ghosts of Mars, and Resident Evil OTTOMH. Obviously none of those are as good as the ones mentioned in OP.

Tears of the Sun

That story seems cool until you find out that they refused any kind of outside help so good for them adapting to a situation they brought on themselves.

Southern Comfort
Nothing supernatural or anything but nobody fuck with cajun in cajun land.

Ghosts of mars was shiiiiiiiiiiiit

Doom and the first Resident Evil, unfortunately.

Watch The Descent

Not Soldiers but Dusk til Dawn?

...

Cheers for those recommendations, I'll look them up.

Zulu

There are no soldiers in that film.

Deathwatch

Outpost from 2008 it's great, don't watch the sequels it completely ruins the mood of the first one.

The Devil's Rock
Two NZ special forces members in WW2 end up having to deal with nazi occult shit

Enjoy.

These look interesting. Thanks.

there is a similar movie I forgot the name of, where at the end of ww2 some nazis were fusing machine and flesh into some bizarre creatures. Was good too. Anyone know the name?

Also,

Frankensteins army?

Frankenstein's Army?

>enemy territory

That wasn't enemy territory. That was just how things are in that area.
