Wow for that wage I really hope they let you do whatever on the job.
...
It pays my bills, I work 50-60 hrs a week, I'm single, It keeps me free enough to stay on top of my hobbies etc.. etc...
There's no reason to try and justify, its a seasonal, dead end job. The boss is a saint though and the money is decent enough to make me keep going back though. Its a dumb fuck life, but I dig it.

Depends where you live i guess user, 30~40 isn't that much.

I can afford rent/utilities/cable/insurance/food/gas with a bit leftover for fun. Its also always nice to be able to cook for say family or a chick and come across as knowledgeable.
I fish and surf too, so there is I guess a bit of incentive to living 10 mins from the beach in the summer too.
Idk though, it seems to be about time to grow up. Whatchu do user?
I work in IT as an internal auditor.
Thrilling, i know.

Give me a detailed recipe for any Greek meat. I love that shit, but can only make gyro meat as of right now. I can half ass some yogurt covered chicken I had once.
Nah thats a solid gig. I have relatives in IT and its a cushy job if you know how to work it. The field is interesting to me, but I have no desire to dive in. I made a deal with myself to never work another day in an office (that doesnt have my name on the side of it or on a founders plaque or something) if I can find other work. So far, I'm no millionaire but Im at least happy.
Benefits and a 401k do sound like a load off my mind. I might need to get back into filmmaking...
