Autism isn't even the biggest problem.
It's a biological fact that vaccines promote the spread of unfit genes throughout the human population. With every generation of these individuals who otherwise need these vaccines just to survive it increases the number of humans with genetic lineages that have a permanent dependency on them, even though there are plenty of people that never needed them.
This, all by itself, is a good enough reason to oppose a mass vaccination program.
