the north part of dprk has really opened up in the past few years. in fact prc citizens are allowed to drive through one of the northern provinces (forgot which one) for tourism and can pretty much do what they want. also there's a private christian university now operating in their country with government approval, kek.

1) Sup Forums is not actually blocked in china, although chinese IPs are blocked from posting by Sup Forums itself 2) a Sup Forums pass allows blocked IP ranges to post (and some people in china have one, mainly expats) 3) chinese proxies are possible to acquire
