puzzlersworld.com/math-puzzles/flower-math-puzzle/

I got 102

Red=20
Blue=5
Yellow=2

There is five petals on the blue flower at first, but only four on the line that's needs to be solved.

Oh shit, you're right.

...

20+20+20=60
20+5+5=30
5-2=3
1+5x4=21

>3R=60
>R=20

>20+2B=30
>B=5

>5-Y=3
>Y=2

>2+(20)(5)=?
>?=102

What in the actual fuck?

Red flowers have 12 petals, which invalidates your point of view.

20*4 + 1 : 81

also there's only one yellow flower in the fourth line and two in the third line

sly assholes

uhh...
later is one yellow flaur
and blue one had 4 petals not 5
so not 5, is 4.
also 1+5x4 is not 24....
it's 21 because multiplication is first
so
5x4 = 20 + 1 = 21

In the problem introducing the yellow flower, there are two of them, but in the final there is only one. Also, in the final problem, the blue flower only has four petals while every other one equals five, meaning the new, four-petaled flower would have to equal... something. Best assumption would be just one less, but it's still bad logic overall.

With all this in mind, it seems to be 1 + 20 x 4, PEMDAS, 1 + 80. 81... still bullshit with the unknowns, but... new math. yay...

maybe the petals is a factor. a blue flower = 1 x petals, a red flower = 20/12 x petals

1+20x4=81
i hope you just typed the last line wrong, because you were right otherwise.

2 yellow = 2
1 yellow in the last line = 1 not 2.

blue flower is also different.

R=20, B=5, Y=2
>1/2y+r*4/5b
>1+20*4
>1+80
>81

15

If you consider the number of petals relevant in any matter the proccess invalidates itself since you will have those same fractions on all the equations, because 20/12 is not 20.

Otherwise the answer would be 81, but given the actual situation as exposed the answer 102.

Blue flower in last line has only 4 petals
The Otherside have 5
Thus its 4*20, not 5

b + b + b = 30
b = 10

b + h + h = 20
h = 5

h + 2m + 2m = 9
5 + 4m = 9
4m = 4
m = 1

h + m x b = 5 + 1 x 10 = 15

110

... Nothing more deceiving than the obvious.

But still, if we can't figure out for sure what's the value of the blue four petals flower then there is no asnwer to be had.

This one is even trickier. Pay close attention to all the details.

You can't assume that if there is no other equation that states so.

Except that that each red petal could be 20/12 for a total of 240/12 meaning each red flower is 20.

Dipshit.

That is correct sir.

I hope who ever put that emoji at the end feels bad.

/thread

There is only one yellow flower in the last line.

3

x + x + x = 60
x + y + y = 30
y - z = 3
a + x * b = ?

once you rewrite the problem, you can see how stupid it is.

Goddamn this is just cranking it up to 11.

Is there even any application to this whole "arbitrary number of things in object can affect its value arbitrarily" bullshit?

Sigh...

6s + 6s + 6s = 18
6s = 6
s = 1
3c + 3c + 3c = 9
3c = 3
c = 1
3f x 3f - 3f = 6
3f = 3
f = 1
2c x 3b - 2f = 2 x 3 - 2 = 4

You sir are correct. Please someone contribute, that was the only three I tried.

A good ole math puzzle bump
