The only slavery I can imagine here is Europeans who get tricked by evil farmers who force them to work on fruit farms but this map seems filled with errors. Central Asia should be in the red and the Middle East in red.

Because it's a meme. There is no "slavery" in the Gulf. The vast majority of the workers are treated fairly and have fixed salaries, especially the women and children.
