Let your girl find the third. I'd suggest looking on a swinger website. Not that it's easy, you're less likely to find a psycho there. If not there, a semi-acquaintance of hers would be better than a random from the net.
Talk about it first, and make sure you both understand each other's expectations and desires for the whole scenario. Don't make assumptions, and know the rules you want for each other ahead of time. It'll make it go much better. And there's less of a chance that it will destroy it if you actually talk about it before you try to do it.
